    Let's give this a go

    Hi everyone,

I don't know if many people will read my thread but I might as well try. My name is "Lostris", I am 25 and from the Netherlands. I am on here to get more support during my WW weightloss journey. I started at a whopping 111kg (245lbs) in January and need to lose 41kg (90lbs). I have lost 12,7kg (28lbs) since that time. I feel this part of the forum is quite active and would like to try keeping a diary here.
A lot of the foods I eat will probably not be known in the UK so please bear with me :-) I do not always make healthy choices for my points but I really hope this forum and holding myself accountable will increase my healthy choices.

I am terribly jealous of your assortment of WW products and pointed products in shops. We hardly have any of these items in shops here. If i ever go to the UK on holiday I will definitely go shopping!!

I am following the Online programme and use the APP on my iPad. As far as I have seen, the app is the same except language and products.

Well, I hope to hear from many of you. Your menu's all seem lovely :-)

    x Lostris

Back after no longer being in control of my eating / weight. Lost 82lbs doing the Cambridge Diet but gained it back. Now, trying a different approach (Weight Watchers) I hope to lose weight and keep it off.

Check out my weight watchers food diary, new one for 2014. Hoping for a lot of support. Click here

I already notice I eat a lot of mayo.... It is all light or diet or something or other but I guess I am somewhat addicted to it?? We have reduced sugar ketchup but somehow that doesn't hit the spot for me.

I hope you are all well. Have a geat day!

Hi! Welcome!!! My first follower whoop whoop! Step inside for some chocolate chip coo... I mean carrots and water

I am using the Dutch online app which calculates me at 36pp. I am 25 years old and still quite heavy so I reckon it is okay. It takes of a point when I lose weight so... Does it seem like too much? I started at 41 or 40pp I think..

Swapped out my apple jacks with this for 5pp. I doubt you have this in the Uk, it is called vruchtenhagelslag which is.... Well like sugar sprinkles or something. The crackers are very light sweetened crackers called cracottes. It is a lovely light lunch :-)

Hi Lostris. Chips here don't worry, I'm not stalking you ..... just found your thread and had to laugh as your sprinkles post. Took me back to Amsterdam, circa 1972. Staying with old friends, Theo & Annette. Had never seen people eat cake with chocolate spread (which at the time, I didn't know existed) and sprinkles for breakfast. A bit too sweet for even me chips xx

    Was 317lb start 2 April 2013
    Now 270lb

Heaviest weight 317lb. Lightest weight 8lb 9oz when I was born

My thread welcomes stalkers in all shapes and sizes It is very tolerant here. Hihi.
it is very sweet yes, these are even sweeter than the choc sprinkles hahah. But sometimes I just really crave some sweetness and it is quite low in points compared to choc spread on bread and such.
We Dutch are a funny bunch. You should know some of the other stuff we eat... Though, I guess in a way it is the same the other way around.

    Still looove your nickname.

Click here
