    What else can I do?

    Hey

I'm looking for some way to give my weight loss a boost and Im really not sure how???

I am 82 kilos or 12 stone 12 lbs. Im 5'10" and my goal weight is 11 stone/ 70 kilos.

I'm sticking rigidly to the food plan, eating some of my weeklies but none of my exercise points and walk for 30 minutes a day (moderate exercise).

I would love to give the weight loss some kind of boost - any ideas on how to step it up a bit??

I really want to get to my goal for my wedding in August!!

    Any help would be appreciated

It really varies per person, how have your losses been so far? I feel it really varies per person but I will write down some tips I have heard people use.
I hear it helps to have variations in hour pp. No less than dailies but e.g. if dailies are 30, eat 30, 36, 30, 50, 30 something like that in pp.
Vary in sports and using points etc can help people.
Drink enough water, not just tea but really drink enough water.

WW should give you decent losses, but above may help... Or not. I really depends on how your body responds.

Back after no longer being in control of my eating / weight. Lost 82lbs doing the Cambridge Diet but gained it back. Now, trying a different approach (Weight Watchers) I hope to lose weight and keep it off.

I will try to up the water intake. My losses so far have been slow enough. A pound here and there and it has take me forever to lose a stone! I was considering the JUDDD diet and have been checking out the forum there. The people on the JUDDD forum said you dont lose weight quicker with JUDDD than WW.
I suppose Im panicking as its only 3 months to my wedding and because it took me so long to lose and keep off the first stone I am finding it hard to imagine that I can lose 1 stone and 12lbs in the next 3 months!!!

Perhaps try working out more? Not just walking but also muscle ex, more cardio like riding bikes, rowing, or things like lifting weights or something like the 30 day shred? It really tones your body up and it will help you feel better about your body. A more toned body looks a lot better, even a few pounds can make a huge difference when the body is more toned.

Working out heavily before WI day would not be something I'd advise because of water retention in muscles....

you could post a few of your daily menu's here, for us to look at. See if we have food tips hehe

I have not done it, no. I quickly get too hot when I work out and get terrible headaches, so I stick to light moderate ex. 30day shred is very intense, but it will give you results if you stick to it and keep it up. I know a few people that have done it and they look fab, they look really good. It is important to do every day, it is about 25-30mins I think.
