I Will loose weight to have a baby

Hi everyone I'm new to this site and find it a bit daunting but ill do my best,
i stared doing weight watcher last week and had my first weigh in today and lost 6.5lb ( sounds a lot but I have a lot to loose)
I have a really big incentive to I need to get my BMI down to at least 34 before I can undergo another round of Ivf,
so please I need help motivation, inspiration and support,

I just started on Monday so Im still learning myself so I cant help you out with and recipes just yet but Im here to cheer you on:)
Are you going to meetings are doing it online?

Thank you yes going to meetings i need to otherwise i think i wouldn't stick to it as much, which one are you doing?? How are u finding your first week?? :)
 
I signed up for 3 months online, I have joined meetings before and ended up just weighing and running anyway so I started a diary on here too make me feel kinda publicly accountable.
First weeks not going too bad I suppose , started Monday...Id used all my weeklies by Thursday lol
Iv managed not to go over my dailys yet AND Iv got thru a weekend without alcohol or take-aways which is massive to me as usualy I would be legless and pigging out.
I think theres a lot of trial and error at first isn't there , Im def gonna plan better next week so I don't blow all my weeklies at once.
How are you doing this week?

Hi jenni-just subscribing, I'm with ww trying to lose weight before start my 2nd ivf cycle at the end of this month.

Hi well done on getting through the weekend that's the hardest time for me too, especially this weekend I had a kids birthday party to go to and all the food was pastry or chocolate sooo tempting, but I did well, then yesterday had a family BBQ I had steak(7) salmon(6) half jacket potato (3) and salad everyone had strawberries n cream I just has strawberries it doesn't help I make birthday cakes in my spare time and had 3 to do this week have to stop myself from licking the spoon lol xx

I hate the drugs-had frozen cycle last year and still trying to lose weight from that, it's so hard but you'll get loads of support from the lovely people on this site-have you seen the ttc threads, there are a few ladies going through ivf there too x

I just made chicken honey and mustard stew with dumplings omg its soo nice my partner even liked the dumpings made with yogurt bicarbonate soda and flour I highly recommend it

aaaaw , don't get down about it Jenni it realy does fluctuate so much from day to day AND you have 2 more days until your proper weigh in yet anything could happen.

I was on and off them last week and they were up and down like a bloody yo-yo lol

Thank you I have resisted and not weighed myself today WI tomorrow morning so hopefully can wait till then x
