Afternoon everyone!

I read everyone food diaries and love the ideas I get from them so i have decided to do my own :)

I am waiting patiently for 5.30pm where I will go for my 8th weigh in! last week i had my first gain of 0.5lb i know i know not a lot but by god it fair gets to you! i couldn't speak to anyone that evening!

So my new plan is to share my days eating with all of you to keep myself motivated to firstly make healthier choices but also add a lot more variety and even get some point variations as I am not always 100% sure mine are right!

so Here we go!

Sunday 21/07

Hungover Henry yesterday im afraid :(

Breakfast 2 x 50/50 bread (4)
Extra low fat dairylea triangle (0)
This was at a friends who is not ww friendly! so I had to make do

Lunch
1 malted wholemeal Nimble (1)
Large egg fried in frylite (3)
Baked beans (3)

Snack
Quaver (2)
Carmamel Wafer (2)

Dinner
Potatoes (6)
roasted red onion, mushrooms, red pepper with garlic salt and black pepper (0)
Chicken fillet with garlic and chilli (4)
pepper sauce (3)

Bed time snack (hangovers are cruel on ww)
3 x Jaffa cakes (4)

I did eat rubbish but hopefully the shame of writing it down will make me a lot better!

So Monday 22/07

Feeling a lot better :)

Breakfast
2 x danish loaf slices (3)
1 x 20g ww spread (1)
200ml of pure orange juice (2)

Lunch
Sandwich with danish bread and wafer thin chicken (4)
banana (0)
raspberry and cranberry muller light (2)
caramel wafer (2)


Dinner will be
chicken kebabs on the bbq with chicken, onion, pepper, mushrooms (4)
boiled rice (10)
red sauce with chilli (2 big portion) giggle i love it!!
small corn on the cob on bbq (3)

So i have 4 left, what would you eat to use up points with out eating up rubbish!

Mmmm BBQ I do love a good old BBQ
Em if you don't want any rubbish a half an Avacado is 4pp or you could have some rice cakes. Tbh I would have a treat most nights like I'd have a packet of velvet crunch 2pp and a ww bar 2pp or I'd have a curly wurly 3pp and a rice cake 1pp!

1lb off I'm in the right direction but bit disappointed as I track everything 100%! Oh well here's to another good week :) cx

Muffin not worth the points at all!!! Very poor cheat lol It didn't even have soft chocolate in the middle! And I wonder why I'm at ww .....

All very boring in my camp today! this this weather turning has me fed up!

Breakfast
Toast (3)
ww spread (1)
Orange Juice (2)

Lunch
Nimble malted (3)
full packet of tikka turkey pieces (3) in my bread! so stole that from someone elses diary! what a feed
muller light yogurt (2)
Banana


Caramel wafer bar (2) - currently addicted they are so yum and for only 40p for 5! bargain


Dinner will be
Vegetable Stirfry now someone please help with points please! it is a veg one out of asda in a soft packet with cabbage, beansprouts, carrots etc if i scan it wil my app it says 1pp per 100g but is this veg not supposed to be free>?????
so the veg will be (2) till someone corrects me :)

How strange - I am having chicken stir-fry tonight! I certainly won't be counting my stir-fry veg, can't see why it would be pointed. I usually just use a spray of frylite, then add light soy sauce and some chinese 5 spice x
 
I can't see how you would have to point it all the veg in the pack are 0pp unless they were pre cooked in oil or butter or something maybe

Woohoo lol nil points it is then! Just stopped in supermarket for more fry lite and picked up frozen garlic bread slices one for 3 which I thought was great so I will have a slice with my stir fry haven't had garlic bread in so long! Cx
 
Oh garlic bread I could eat the whole bread stick once I start I can't stop

Well i must say ladies my one slice of garlic bread was absolutely gorgeous!! bestest ever i am sure i have tasted lol!!

So far all my weeklies intact (see how the vodka and diet cokes goes down)

I bought a share bag of cheese balls in tesco last night as its something me and my eldest daughter used to get every weekend to munch on a sat night, i actually weighted out 35g which is 5 points and i am going to enjoy every last bit! lol might have a wee drink tonight too as i am off for the weekend! nice change :p

Sorry folks been busy busy! I spent fri house hunting then took the kids glamping in a wooden pod! Yesterday was spent sunbathing and today was house cleaning and dodging the thunder storms!
