I read everyone food diaries and love the ideas I get from them so i have decided to do my own
I am waiting patiently for 5.30pm where I will go for my 8th weigh in! last week i had my first gain of 0.5lb i know i know not a lot but by god it fair gets to you! i couldn't speak to anyone that evening!
So my new plan is to share my days eating with all of you to keep myself motivated to firstly make healthier choices but also add a lot more variety and even get some point variations as I am not always 100% sure mine are right!
so Here we go!
Hungover Henry yesterday im afraid
Breakfast 2 x 50/50 bread (4)
Extra low fat dairylea triangle (0)
This was at a friends who is not ww friendly! so I had to make do
1 malted wholemeal Nimble (1)
Large egg fried in frylite (3)
Baked beans (3)
Carmamel Wafer (2)
roasted red onion, mushrooms, red pepper with garlic salt and black pepper (0)
Chicken fillet with garlic and chilli (4)
pepper sauce (3)
Bed time snack (hangovers are cruel on ww)
3 x Jaffa cakes (4)
I did eat rubbish but hopefully the shame of writing it down will make me a lot better!
So Monday 22/07
Feeling a lot better
2 x danish loaf slices (3)
1 x 20g ww spread (1)
200ml of pure orange juice (2)
Sandwich with danish bread and wafer thin chicken (4)
raspberry and cranberry muller light (2)
caramel wafer (2)
Dinner will be
chicken kebabs on the bbq with chicken, onion, pepper, mushrooms (4)
boiled rice (10)
red sauce with chilli (2 big portion) giggle i love it!!
small corn on the cob on bbq (3)
So i have 4 left, what would you eat to use up points with out eating up rubbish!
