Hi all, I joined Minimins a few months ago but after a few weeks I gave up as I has decided as long as I didn't put anything on id be happy... Since then I am 4lb from my original weight before I lost it the first time
i am determined to get to at least 9st this time although I know it is going to be hard as I am not joining a group again.
I hope I can support you and you can support me as I have a lack of will power!
i think my biggest downfall is bread and energy drinks so I have brought the 50/50 crust away bread for only 1pp a slice and I managed to stay away from the monster energy for today!
