Hi everyone,
I'm new to here and to weight watchers and kinda still getting used to the pro points plan... Luckily I live with my mum who has been on weight watchers before, so she does my main meals and everything. I'll start with what I had so far today:

Breakfast-
One crumpet - 2pp
Spread, low fat (minimal amount) -0pp
Marmite -0pp

Correct me if I'm wrong anywhere! Lol

Dinner was a casserole-
Beef, braised (125g) - 4pp
Potato, mashed with margarine (about two scoops) -4pp
Mixed veg -0pp
Sweet corn -1pp
Gravy granules -1pp
WW creamy chocolate whip (didn't like. Does anyone know the pp value of normal Angel Delight??) - 2pp

Anytime snacks-
Bananna -0pp
WW toffee cookies -2pp
Dr Pepper full sugar can- 4pp

Daily pp: 20/35
Weeklies remaining: 49.

Marmite is only 0pp for the first teaspoon full and 1pp for 2, so I normally say 0pp for one slice of bread's worth of marmite, and 1pp if I'm having 2 slices (adding on the PP for the bread of course!)

Looks like a good days worth of food :)

Didn't have bread. Crumpet says 2pp on the app?

I'm currently having semi skimmed milk ATM so 4pp for half a pint but have only had 1 cup of tea today so that's like a point?
I'm going to be switching to skimmed soon though.

Hey Sweetie :)

Just a couple of things regarding your posts!

You can have up to 38ml of Semi Skimmed Milk for 0pp, I don't think you'd use more than that in 1 Cup of Tea? So that would be 0pp!

Which brand of Crumpet did you have? As they all vary so can steer you in right direction of pp.

Did you spend the remaining 15pp on another Main Meal? You should use your Dailies everyday.

Lots of Love xxxxx

Thanks Serena :)
I ended up having more than one cup of tea yesterday! Lol
And the crumpet was a pack from Lidl I think...

I used About 9 remaining points on 'treats' last night,
I try not to use my weeklies as I do have quite a bit of weight to lose and having the 49 there, it's tempting to over eat :p

We'll see how my eating goes today, hopefully I will have a full round up later.

Just had a quick look online, one website says 2pp, the other says 3pp, confused.com!
You must definitely eat your Dailies every day, most of us use our Weeklies too, it gives you something to 'drop' if your weight loss stalls later on. Many of us use a saying 'More is More' meaning the More we eat, the More we lose! X

Somebody on here had that a couple of weeks ago? They said if was super tasty! WW need to make Peanut Butter lol x

Thanks for the advice girls :)
I really don't know about the crumpets lol but the toppings sound lush! :D

I do try to use all my dailies, but you're right certain things I could 'take out' of my weekly amount.. It's hard. Been on pp plan like 7-8 weeks now and thought I was managing it quite well :S but obviously not! Lol.

Today's round up - some pp may be rough as they either don't have a brand name or weighed accordingly.

Breakfast:
Weetabix (2) - 3pp
Skimmed milk - not sure as I didn't measure, was enough to coat the bisks, not swimming around in the milk lol
Sugar - nearly 2 teaspoons -1pp
Banana -0pp

Lunch:
2 slices multigrain brown bread -6pp
Chicken, wafer thin - one slice and a bit - marked as 1 and 1/4 portion 1pp
Branson pickle juice - 0pp
Diet Pepsi can -0pp

Dinner:
Mince beef, Lean - 6pp
Mixed veg - 0pp
White boiled rice - 6pp
1 brown pitta bread, not sure of the make? 2pp?

Snacks:
About 5/6 sultanas. Maybe 1pp?
2 rich tea biscuits - 2pp
Milk, semi skimmed - 1 glass and 2 cups of tea -2 or 3pp

31/32 out of 35 used.

I'd say 6g is probably 6 Sultanas? They aren't exactly weighty! X
