Well I have been appalling at sticking to ww of late, last attempt lasted a week :-/ I have gained 6lb since I successfull lost weight in the early summer. Clothes are feeling tight and I just feel almost embarrassed coming back on here to start again.

Well I started yesterday and I ate

crunchy nut cornflakes (4pp)
light choices sandwich (8pp) and iced light mocha (4pp)
cottage pie with swede and carrott mash topping (9pp)
250ml red wine (6pp)
2 muller chocolate desserts (6pp)

Cottage pie with swede and carrot mash is suprisingly low as it was only the extra lean mince, butter and gravy to point.
 
Tuesday

Nutrigrain bar (4pp)
Bacon sandwich (7pp)
Nutrigrain bar (4pp)
swede n carrott cottage pie (4pp) and a glass of red wine (6pp) and shape choc dessert (3pp)
Bounty (7pp)
2 packets crisps (8pp)

Welcome back x I am on a re-start also!!!! But at least we are doing something about it by re-starting and not letting it get truly out of hand x

Thank you all and good luck with your weight loss Sharx and Pie :) and well done Everton for reaching your target weight.

I am going to try and lay off the wine now as it just makes me more hungry and wastes points. Really hope I can stick at it again, I think my weight gain has given me more motvation x

Wine is my downfall, not only is it so high in points it totally gives me the munchies x and then I think ahhh I will make up for it in the week , reduce my dailies etc etc. fed up of playing catch up! X so no wine this weekend for me x

I know Serena I was so naughty and well done you for reaching your goal, you look fab! :)

My wi is Mondays, hopefully will keep me on the straight and narrow through the weekend :-D x

Thanks Sweetie :) It wasn't easy or quick getting there but at least I made it in the end! I could NEVER have a Monday WI, Weekends are my worse time! X

I am giving myself a goal to be down to 10 stone before Christmas!

How far do you have to go? I think after a couple of weeks WW seems 'normal' I haven't felt deprived once. X
 
13lb is what I need to lose. I would like to do it by my wi on Monday 9 December. So that will be 9 weeks from 1st wi.

Think it is achievable, just need to keep my willpower up! :) I don't want to be in the position I was after last Christmas, I was 11 stone 6 and couldn't believe it. If I can lose before Christmas then it will be damage limitation for the christmas period!!

Sounds like an excellent plan :) And a very achievable one at that! Keep up the hard work and you will achieve :) x
