Well I have been appalling at sticking to ww of late, last attempt lasted a week :-/ I have gained 6lb since I successfull lost weight in the early summer. Clothes are feeling tight and I just feel almost embarrassed coming back on here to start again.
Well I started yesterday and I ate
crunchy nut cornflakes (4pp)
light choices sandwich (8pp) and iced light mocha (4pp)
cottage pie with swede and carrott mash topping (9pp)
250ml red wine (6pp)
2 muller chocolate desserts (6pp)
Cottage pie with swede and carrot mash is suprisingly low as it was only the extra lean mince, butter and gravy to point.
