Hi everyone
Ive finally got round to doing a diary only taken me 9 weeks lol
Started ww 9 weeks ago weighing in at 19 stone 3.5lb was not happy :-(, so I started my journey im happy to say that I have now lost 43.5lbs well happy now 16st 2lbs :)still got a long way to go need to lose another 6 stone hopefully I will do it with the help of my hubby,group meetings and you minimins you have helped me alot thankyou xx

1st week lost 11.5lbs
2nd week lost 6lbs
3rd week lost 3lbs
4th week lost 3lbs
5th week lost 4.5lbs
6th week lost 4.5lbs
7th week lost 3lbs
8th week lost 2lbs
9th week lost 6lbs
 
omg, what a fantastic achievement you have made so far! we are all here for you, good luck with the rest of your journey cx
 
You have done amazing so far omg 11.5lb in the first week thats savage

Promised my daughter I would high light and trim her hair today and I will proberly end up colouring my other daughters hair as well :) and I need to pop to the pound shop to get some bits this morning, so what is your plans for today hun xx

Are u a hairdresser? How old are your daughters? I love the Pound Shop, they do done fab bargains! Ive got free tickets for the Cinema so going to use those this morning x

Yeah I am, my daughters are 18,15 &14 and Ive got a 21 year old son too. I love the pound shop too everytime I go to town I always pop in and buy stuff. What u and poppy seeing at the cinema today hun? Xx

Wow! You've got your work cut out there then! Do they all still live at home? Pound Shop is fab, you have to watch their deals sometimes as they can be a bit sneaky at times! I'm seeing Philomena which is the new film with Judi Dench and Steve Coogan, Poppy is seeing her Dad for a couple of hours so I'm going there then. *Might* eat lunch out afterwards. X

Yeah just a bit yeah they all still live at home plus my son's fiance and my grandaughter live with me and my husband too so very busy household :)
Haven't heard of that film hope you enjoy it hun and where are you going for lunch today? We went to a hungry horse yesterday for lunch I had smothered chicken diane it was yummy I always point it as 15pp as it in the menu under 600 cals but I never eat the peas and I never eat all the new pototoes so I think its more like 11-13pp xx

Wow! That is Busy! I'm thinking Prezzo for Lunch? Got a Voucher lol! Your Smothered Chicken Diane is 13pp so you've definitely over-pointed if you don't eat the peas and not all the Potatoes! It's probably nearer to 10pp! X

That's even better 10pp and its yummy :)
I like prezzo and they do the light options which is even better for us, think I may go prezzo after wi on tuesdsy night as long as ive lost,me and my husband are doing ww together and if we loss we always go out for a meal after wi for a treat so hopefully we get a loss this week :) xx

Aw that's such a good incentive to be good and stick to the plan! How is he finding it?I have a voucher for 2 Mains for £13.50 and some of them are more than £10 on their own! X I reckon you'd only have to leave 1 Potato and Peas to save 3pp.x
