Hi all,

Well after following WW, losing motivation and becoming complacent, then switching to SW and becoming probably the slowest loser in my group I have now reverted back to what I know - WW! I am in the right head space and just need to maintain motivation so thought what better way than to start a food diary!

After weighing in at SW last Thursday I took the plunge and signed back up for my monthly pass. Weighed in last night with a loss of 2.5lb. My natural weight loss pattern has always been good week bad week so I'm hoping for 1.5lb this week (will be happy with that on a bad week!)

So today's food:

Breakfast:
Pineapple (0)

Lunch:
WW soup (2)
2x Asda petit pains (6)
Multipack Twirl (5)

Dinner:
Chicken breast (4) in homemade BBQ sauce (0) topped with bacon (1) and 30g cheese (1) with homemade oven cooked chips using frylight (4) and 60g peas (1)
WW sticky toffee pud (4)
Wonka Millionaires Shortbread Bar (6)

Dailies - 32/32
Weeklies 1/49

Activity points earned:
25 minute swim (breast stroke) +2
45 minute walking +3
15 minutes gardening (raking and sweeping) +1
TOTAL +6
I don't eat my activity points but like to monitor how active I have been ?

Any advice on my food or points values etc is much appreciated!

It's so easy to fall off the wagon isn't it! But not this time, I'm in it for the long haul :)

Yesterday's food (bit of a chocolate fest!)

Breakfast:
35g Jordan's Country Crisp Strawberry (4)
60ml skimmed milk (1)
Handful of fresh raspberries (0)

Lunch:
Small portion of leftover homemade curry (5)
Remainder of punnet of raspberries (0)
WW raspberry yoghurt (1)
Terry's chocolate orange (6)

Dinner:
Nandos chicken in pitta (9)
Nandos chips (11)
Nandos macho peas (4)
WW toffee pud (4)
Terry's chocolate orange (6)

Snacks: 2x Cadbury caramel bars (10)

Dailies - 32/32
Weeklies - 30/49

Activity points earned:
Walking 35 mins +2
Gardening (weeding and sweeping) 20mins +2
Weekly total so far: +10

Hey Karen :) Here to subscribe! Looks like you're doing fab so far, 'buying' lots of food for your allowance!x PS-Gotta love Nandos, lots of food for your pp! X

Hi Serena, Thanks for subscribing and congrats on getting to goal - you must be so pleased! And you're right, it's all about getting the most food for your pp ;-) I'm trying to decide on what to have for dinner tonight. I've saved 20 points for dinner and something sweet while Saturday night tv is on (I have to snack on something during X Factor and Strictly!) but can't decide what to spend my points on. I think a trip to Asda is in order with my PP calculator in hand :)

Wow! Your Din Dins sounds yummy! Although I think you've done yourself out of a pp re Tomato Ketchup as 18g is 0pp.x

I wasn't too sure about the ketchup to be honest as I had about a tablespoon with lunch which my tracker said was 0pp but then another tablespoon with dinner which also said 0 but for 2 tablespoons it says 1pp. so I rounded it up to 1 to be on the safe side...is that right? if I have 1 tablespoon at 2 meals in a day would you count it as 0 per meal or 1 for the day? If that makes sense lol. I'll gladly take the 1pp back ;-)

Oops sorry I didn't notice the lunch time ketchup' doh! It would be 1pp then, as an example if I have Kingsmill 5050 Bread but decide to have 2 slices separated I still count it as 5pp even though they are 2pp Each. As long as I eat something on the same day then I use the Multiple Rule. Sometimes it's of benefit, sometimes it's not! X

Oh that's a shame I don't get my pp back. But at least I've been doing it right, thanks for clarifying! x

I always think I could do things to my advantage but I'd only be cheating myself I guess! X

I agree, no point cheating yourself..it's only going to make my road to target take longer!

Subscribing, we are on the same daily point :) it's always nice to see how other people 'spend' their points and it looks like you are doing great!

haha,it's easy 2 get lost round there though now they've changed it. I don't drive so I'm lucky,I'm up singlewell by the motorway and I get my shopping delivered,so never really go in2 town. Dinner sounds lovely,I haven't had nuggets in aaaaages! Xx

The only place I usually go to in Gravesend is my physio at Gravesend Community Hospital at the start of the one way system so trying to find my sister who was waiting to be picked up from the station was quite challenging lol. Are you prepared for the storm that's on it's way? I've spent the afternoon making my garden storm proof which meant organising my garage so there was space to put stuff..knackered now but the wind is definitely picking up so glad I got it done.x

Hi, thanks for subscribing. Do you have a food diary on here? It would be good to see how you spend you points too!

How u feeling today? X

Had a bit of a binge today so feeling a bit sorry for myself. The food shopping arrived and I forgot I had treated myself to 100g wonka bar (my new fave chocolate) and despite budgeting my propoints for the day I ate it regardless. It was 15pp and I had 3 weeklies left after today's food so I've used them and taken 6pp off of tomorrow and 6pp off of Tuesday to make up for it before WI on Wednesday. How's your weekend treating you?x
