This is my 3rd new diary on here, but it will be my last! I am SICK of binging and gaining the weight I lost. I am SICK of being this weight (around 13st 5lbs, BMI 28 ish) and I want to learn to love myself, get fit and healthy and get back down to a healthier weight. I've lost a stone with Weight Watchers, but having been a member since February it's taken me a very long time to lose that weight. I was cheating week after week, binging, not tracking everything, gaining weight etc. Then from July I seemed to get my head back in the game and lost the 14lbs, but in the past few weeks the binging has reared its ugly head again. I had an assessment with an eating disorder nurse who told me she thought I wasn't eating enough on weight watchers which was causing me to binge. The past week I've been off WW and been eating when I felt hungry. I did not deprive myself of anything and STILL I binged which leads me to believe it's an emotional issue, not because my body is starving.

I've always felt satisfied food wise on WW as you really can have what you fancy and still lose weight provided you stick to your points. I am returning and I am determined to be successful and get to my goal weight of 10 stone. It's going to be a struggle to overcome the little devil sitting on my shoulder telling me to binge, but I know I can do it if I really put my mind to it.

I've been watching a lot of Obese- a year to save my life and Fat- the fight of my life. If people can lose 10 stone through willpower and hard work then I can definitely lose 3st 5lbs! That is NOTHING compared to what those people have lost in 1 year!

I need to sort this out NOW before I end up 30 stone.

I deserve to be healthy and happy! My time is now.

Serena, my pea in a pod! You have been a great help texting me this past week. We will totally have a great week despite today. I will get you Jessie for your birthday :p

I will start tracking from tomorrow, but I will tell you what I ate today so I face up to it:

Breakfast- 1 weetabix, spoonful granola, milk, cup of tea
Lunch- 3 ryvitas with laughing cow, 1 packet crisps, honey covered peanuts, 6 slices bread and jam, 2 slices victoria sponge cake, 4 breakfast biscuits
Dinner- sweet and sour chicken and egg fried rice, 3 duck rolls, alpro soya dessert, hot chocolate

So thats my food in all its glory :(

I probably managed to eat most of my weeklies, but I'm putting it down as 20 weeklies gone so I can use 29 this week. If I restrict too much I may run the risk of binging again so I need a little leeway.

But ow my tummy :(

Well so far today I've had my porridge and a cup of tea as planned, though my porridge tasted a bit burnt so I left some of it :/

Just about to do some uni work which will keep me occupied until lunch time!
 
Well it's quarter past 2 and I've not had lunch yet! I've been working for the past 2 hours, now it's time to get lunch.

Going to have what I've planned- 4 ryvita crackerbread with 1 EL Laughing Cow, 2 slices bread and jam, handful peanuts, wafer thin ham and packet low fat crisps.

If I get hungry later I'll have an apple and a banana! No more binging for me :)
 
Been a good day points wise but my ibs is playing up and my stomach is killing me :(

Breakfast- oats so simple 5pp
Lunch- ryvita crakcerbread 2pp, laughing cow 0pp, bread 3pp, jam 3pp, crisps 2pp, peanuts 3pp, ham 1pp
Dinner- cumberland pie 8pp, veg 0pp

Made it in to uni today despite IBS pain and had a good day.

Ate lunch when I got home around 1pm, watched Dracula on tv then had a shower and put my onesie on! Now I'm chilling for a bit, and going to do some more uni work.

I had to go to the library today where there's a million stairs to walk up so I got a good workout :p

Evening all :)

Well today was a very busy one. Up at 6am to have breakfast in good time ready to leave for uni at 8.30 (I know it seems like waking up 1.5 hours before going out is a bit extreme but I need to allow time in the morning to see what my IBS is doing. If I wake up, eat and leave all within 30 minutes I can have very unpleasant symptoms shortly after!). Got to uni at 9.30 and did some reading before my lecture at 10. Between 10 and 2.30 I was solidly in classes and lectures and barely had a chance to go to the toilet, let alone have anything to eat or drink! Thursdays are my most hectic day.

At 2.30 I had my marmite sandwich and a packet of french fries and got the train home. When I got in I had a really big apple!

Now I'm waiting for Dave to get home so we can eat dinner together.

I might actually be under my points today. I've got dinner to come (9pp), a banana (0pp), an alpro soya dessert (3pp) and some NuMe fruit and fibre bars (3pp) and after all that I'll still have 3pp left, but I dont want to eat for the sake of it.
