Well im back! Haven't been on here since Summer 2013 when i was maintaning my 7 stone weight loss that i had lost the previous 18 months.

Since the summer, ive got married, started my own business and generally been super busy! This has resulted in me putting on 13lb :sigh:. I just haven't been eating proper meals and have been the worlds biggest snack a holic! Ive decided its time to start looking after myself more! I felt so healthy when i was maintaning my weight but now i feel sluggish, tired & fat!

I would like to lose the 13lb ive but on plus another 7 bringing the total to 20lb. Im hoping to have lost at least half of this by christmas, im feeling optimistic so lets see how i get on.

I will be doing the discover plan as its what works best for me.

Feel free to comment if you have any tips :) Like i said i havent done this for a while so if anythings changed please let me know!

Be nice to see some old faces & hopefully lots of new ones xxx

Finding it really hard to get back into it :mad:. Think its the fact that its weekend (when im usually worst), nearly christmas & just lack of willpower! but ive done it before so i will do it again, i just have to keep telling myself that and RESIST :D

I find the weekends a killer too, i was weighting in on Tuesdays but changed it to Fridays for this reason.
 
Yeah they are so hard! especially when hubbie is stuffing his face with crisp/chocolate etc, if looks could kill lol. My weigh in day will be saturdays, hopefully that will force me to be good on a friday as i have a severe case of stuff your face iteous when work is done at the end of the week! xx

Friday nights are my worse nights as i go up to my parents house every friday night and myself and mum share a bottle of wine and she always has food and nibbles up there. Most of my family call over so there is a big gang of us.

Did you manage to stick to your points yesterday
 
Yep stuck to my points and managed around 2 litres of water! I couldnt stop going to the toilet, heard this gets easier the more you drink though!

Ya it will get less as you body gets used to it but in the mean time think of all the extra exercise you are getting running to the toilet :)
 
Hehe good idea!

Ended up having less rice & i had over estimated the vegetable stirfry pack! I was calculating using the grams instead of the calories haha! Very pleased with that stirfry pack from Morrisons it was yummy and only 2pts for the whole pack! was really big aswell!

Had a litre of water at work & had 2 pints since i got home...toilet central!!

Thanks hun! Im a bit worried about tomorrow as its our works meal in Manchester. Everyone usually has 3 courses, but gonna try and not be tempted! Worked really hard this week and dont want to ruin it before weigh in tomorrow! Ive looked at the menu of the place we are going and tbh it isnt WW friendly! I'm going to have a soup starter (without the crusty bread & butter, arghh) and the turkey dinner (without potatoes, yorkshires, & gravy etc). We usually all have a drink but i'll either drive or just stick to one or two vodka & diet cokes as they are 1 point each. Fingers crossed i stick to my plan!

Well i stuck to my plan at the christmas meal & i feel elated! usually i would have stuffed myself stupid but i chose sensible options from the menu and only had a few drinks! Really looking forward to tomorrows weigh in now :)

I have just estimated the meal points as unsure of calories etc :)
