Well im back! Haven't been on here since Summer 2013 when i was maintaning my 7 stone weight loss that i had lost the previous 18 months.
Since the summer, ive got married, started my own business and generally been super busy! This has resulted in me putting on 13lb . I just haven't been eating proper meals and have been the worlds biggest snack a holic! Ive decided its time to start looking after myself more! I felt so healthy when i was maintaning my weight but now i feel sluggish, tired & fat!
I would like to lose the 13lb ive but on plus another 7 bringing the total to 20lb. Im hoping to have lost at least half of this by christmas, im feeling optimistic so lets see how i get on.
I will be doing the discover plan as its what works best for me.
