Hi, have just signed up to WW online. The class by me I didnt like the new leader there and it was also very quiet, will be surprised if it stays open. The last leader did it for at least twenty years and she was really good and committed and really helped you - the new one didnt and I think they have to sell too many products these days as well. Its probably how they make their money.

Anyway, day 1 diary. Thought I would try filling & healthy

Breakfast
Bacon medallions, egg fried in 1tsp oil from allowance on two small warburtons wholemeal bread with a scraping of brown sauce

Snack
Banana

Lunch
Chicken casserole made with skinless chicken breast, red lentils, potato, carrots and an oxo cube

Snack
If hungry I will have another banana (its all I have with me and I'm trying to give up the naughty stuff (except wine, lol, hence f&h).

Dinner
Gammon, egg fried in 1tsp oil from allowance, actify chips (will have to point the oil for this but cant see it being much as it will be shared between three of us) and peas
 
Sounds lovely & very filling :) Is the leader new? maybe she was just nervous? Ive never been to the classes, just did it myself but i always imagined them to be like that woman from little britain hehe, dust! xxx

The leader isn't new she's got classes every day Monday through to Thursday she's just not very good. She wasn't even following ww diet. She was doing harcombe diet with one of the helpers!

Got very disillusioned to be honest

Good luck with it, a good leader is the main thing when you attend meeting, if you dont relate to them it will not help you with your weight loss at all. the Leader i was going to (started doing it from home two weeks ago) always said dont bother buying ww stuff as you can get just as low points in shops and cheaper.
 
Aww thats a shame! Is there maybe another class you could go too? how bizare that shes not following WW! x
 
Yesterday was a really bad day - ate for England I think and it was all rubbish!

Back to it today though.
