i seriously swear i am up 2 no good !
hi my name is Drea and I am restarting ww tomorrow a week b4 Christmas I know it as good as time as any lol , I did get to goal weight with ww when it old points and have put most back on im ashamed to say I have been hopping between ww and sw and while I like both I think ww is better for me as I eat 2 much on sw .:)

Hi, your brave a week before Christmas! But sound very much like myself. Lost weight about 8 yrs ago on old ww and put it all slowly back on,! I used to be so disciplined! Again like yourself I tried sw after my daughter was born as my problem is I like to feel full and though sw does this working full time I just don't have time and can not prepare meals and end up eating off plan, so ww it is again though I may wait till after Christmas! Though I may gain another stone by then as I keep eating what I want thinking it will be ok as I'm dieting again soon! Good luck with your fresh start x
 
Good to get back into it now as might give you some control over christmas even if you stay the same will be a big help for January, good luck with it and hopefully it will come off quickly again
 
Hi hope everyone had a good Christmas . I had flu so my good intentions of starting any diet went out the window . Thought I would tell u all a little about myself . My name is andrea and up until 5 months ago I lived in northern Ireland I now live in essex and work in home care so doing any type of weight loss programme can be difficult so as of tomorrow am thinking of doing slimfast. I did ww when it was old points and got to goal weight but over last few years I have put it on . I tried slimming world but put weight on went back to ww briefly but found sticking to 26pp a day challenging esp in my line of work .
In my spare time I love reading and am a candy crush addict love watching tv and films . So that is me in a nutshell not very interesting I know :) xxx
 
First day of diary again am rejoining either ww or sw next week but until then I am doing ww to see what I can lose n a week . What I have had so far today

Breakfast: 30g cheerios =3
Ww yoghurt =1

Lunch: lc meal chicken chow mein=9

Snack : Orange & cup of tea (black)


Dinner: ww chicken soup =2
Lc sandwich=8
Fruit salad&ww yoghurt=1

I started my weight loss journey 2 weeks ago again and am happy to say I lost 9lb on my first week , last week I couldn't make class as I was away for couple of days visiting my parents back on track today and hoping to have maybe stayed same or at worst case out 1lb on .Today I have had

Breakfast: square bar =3pp

lunch: sandwhich cheese and pickle=15pp
popcorn sweet and salted=3pp

dinner=ww meal salmon and broccoli wedge melt=7

Thanks am ashamed to say I have fallen of wagon but am going back Tuesday as it is now my day off I need to get to goal but I will get there , love the ww pro point plan and have got some good tips from the mag . My partner doesn't do ww so she don't understand why I'm so OCD bout counting points and keeps buying all the bad stuff but I will get to goal and now I have remembered my password it should be easier , just wish there was an app for minimins is there ?
 
Went back to ww yesterday and have lost another pound hadn't been in ages so was thinking I had put on but the scales for a change like me ! Lost 10lb to date really want to lose another 4 in next few weeks x

well here we are at the start of a brand new week dosn't time fly ! i have weigh in tomorrow and have only got a pound to lose till my 10% and 1.5 stone so am hoping tomorrows the day .menu for today
