    Pointing to skinny!

    The past year I have dabbled with slimming world and Im coming to accept it is DEFINATLY not for me! While i have been trying to do it.....Ive actually put on a stone and a bit. I just can not get my head around free foods! It doesnt work for me. So im going back to weight watchers. I LOST ALL THE WEIGHT WITH IT BEFORE AND I WILL AGAIN. I KNOW its close to christmas but I am not gonna let that affect me getting back on the ww wagon!

    Good luck! Are you doing pro points or the older discover plan? I'm the same as you! Tried slimming world but felt I had too
    Much freedom with food quantities and just couldn't reign it in! Weight watchers is regimented and that's what I need lol xxx

    Here to subscribe. I'm the same with slimming world. Free foods just seem too good to be true! I'm starting weight watchers in the new year as there are too many things going on the next 2 weeks and I'll just work myself up for going off track lol Good luck. I'm sure you'll do fab!! x

    Cool! I've never tried pro points, I've always done discover. Lost about 7 stone between 2011-2012 I maintained for ages when I hit goal but have put on about 13lb in the last year falling into old habits lol. Needed to put a stop to it before it when too far! I've set myself a goal of 20lb, I've been back on it two weeks and lost 4lb so I'll just keep plodding on hehe. Will you be posting your food diary? Would love to read xxx

    Hiya, I was the same when on slimming world. With weight watchers I have 55 points so I can still eat most things but I feel more in control knowing there is a limit. Good luck xx

    I did contemplate starting now.... because of xmas but i just seem to be gettig eavier and heavier ! Thursday are going to be my weigh in day so ill weigh in the morning and start a fresh!

    I do toooo.... with sw i just ate n ate but it has taught me to have salad/veg with most meals!
