Back on the yellow brick road to goal!
I am a returning member to WW. I joined firstly in 2010 and hit goal 8 months later losing 41lbs. Unfortunately life got in the way and I have regained most of the weight, now needing to lose 35lbs to get back to my goal weight.
I have tried Slimfast, Slimming World, and others to get rid of the excess but I found other plans to be either too restrictive or not restrictive enough (if that makes sense?). I feel very low at the moment with how I look and its awful to see the clothes sizes i my wardrobe creeping back up - I have to do something about it, and now is the time.
I have rejoined as an online member and I have decided to try the new simple start for a week or 2 before then switching back to ProPoints.
