Back on the yellow brick road to goal!

Morning everyone!

I am a returning member to WW. I joined firstly in 2010 and hit goal 8 months later losing 41lbs. Unfortunately life got in the way and I have regained most of the weight, now needing to lose 35lbs to get back to my goal weight.

I have tried Slimfast, Slimming World, and others to get rid of the excess but I found other plans to be either too restrictive or not restrictive enough (if that makes sense?). I feel very low at the moment with how I look and its awful to see the clothes sizes i my wardrobe creeping back up - I have to do something about it, and now is the time.

I have rejoined as an online member and I have decided to try the new simple start for a week or 2 before then switching back to ProPoints.

Well this was my breakfast - 3 bacon medallions, scrambled eggs, a couple of tablespoons of baked beans and 2 slices of calorie controlled bread. Also having a mug of unsweetened tea. Need to plan my lunch, dinner, snacks and extra treats for today but off to a good start - and im full!
 
Here to follow. I will be joining online friday (payday) I can't wait. I too have done all the diets with no luck. Giving wws a third chance x

Well simple start didnt end too well for me yesterday. I started with wonderful intentions but really struggled towards the end of the day. So ive decided today i will go back to pro points.

I know I havent given SS a chance but i dont feel comfortable doing it so its back to what I know. So far so good here is what i have planned:

B: 2 slices brown bread with marmalade, apple and tangerine
L: no idea yet
D: chilli con carne with tex mex platter side (very pointy but all worked out and taken from allowance)
S: ww salt and vinegar hoops, ww peanut dream bar, 200ml skimmed milk for tea and coffee during the day.
A: 1 hour aerobics (rosemary conley dvd)

Feel alot more able to plan and prepare on propoints. Definitley back in my comfort zone.
 
Had a really good day today used a few of my weeklies but thats what theyre there for! Made some 0pp soup this morning so had some for lunch, my 3 year old also had some bless her and ive got 2 more portions in the fridge.

Plan for tonight is to have a lovely bath, then paint my nails (got a lovely nails inc set for xmas from the in laws) then have a ww peanut dream bar with a cup of tea whilst reading my kindle in bed.

Back to work tomorrow so going to plan tomorrows meals tonight too! Have a nice evening everyone x

Happy new year to you all! The past 2 days have not been ww friendly despite me telling myself i was going to try and be good! So tomorrow we start again.

Im working from home until tuesday so i will find it easier to stay on track, its when im back at work that will be a challenge.

Heres to 2014 being a successful year! Looking forward to sharing my journey with you all x

Its really hard to be good during the holidays! Best of luck starting again today. Plan ahead and you'll do great.

I always found it easier to follow plan when I was working. I used to plan my days the day before and prepare ahead. I used to think when I was off I had more time to nibble lol. ,. Anyway I'm rambling.
