Hiya Everyone

So I've decided to have a new dairy as it's a new year (well it will be tomorrow lol) and although I do have a diary running in the Weight loss sub folder, it was more like a food diary. If you want to read my old dairy, the link below is me.

A brief history of me....

My name is Claire, I'm 32 and a mummy of 2 young daughters. I've been a gold member of WW for about 2 years which I got after losing 2 stone and have bobbed around my original goal weight of 11 stone. I've been generally happy over the years but for the past 6-9 months of 2013 I've been dissatisfiedand have decided to lose another stone.

I know WW works for me when losing weight, so I'm knuckling down working towards losing just over a stone by May. From my past successes I know I can lose a stone in 3 months so having 4 months is plenty of time. I am going to class but to support my friend. The class is a weigh in only which suits me fine as I'm really not into the whole class experience. My friend finds classes benefit her (I personally can lose without classes) but doesn't both me as I'm there to help her get to gold

So my start is 31st December 2013, I currently weigh 11st 1.4lbs and I'm aiming to get to 9st 12lbs

Okay yesterday didn't go so well. My little family and I ended up having a meal out. So decided to have chips with my mains and then i had desert. My daily points were blown.

Today is restart, minus 7 weeklies to put towards yesterday.

Never mind! Today is a new year, and a fresh start. I blew it last night too and had a Chinese! Hope you enjoyed your meal x
 
My meal was lovely and so was desert :D

Today's menu is

Breakfast - Fruit
Lunch - Baked beans on Toast (8PP)
Dinner - Spicy pork chop with mini jacket Potatoes and vegetables (PP to be worked out)

Just taking it nice and gentle

Good luck x. I find keeping a diary, helps me too. I should have kept my self motivation blog, up. Because I ended up regaining all my 3 stone weight loss, plus some. I am back, ready to lose all my excess fat & keep it off...

So thinking about my plans for exercise this year and I've decided to do the 30 Day shred again. I've done it twice before and also done the Insanity Programme. I do usually do 2 classes of zumba which I will carry on doing.

I've got a heart rate and calorie monitor which I'm planning to get back out.

With all the above I've also got my pedometer on so going to aim for to complete the 10,000 step challenge. At work i easily meet the target but on my non working days I'm steps aren't great so I've definitely got to the dogs out.

I never eat of activity points so hoping it's a great boost for my weight loss.

I am going to measure myself so my stats will be put on soon. The next step is to get hubby to take a start photo lol
 
Right my measurements are

Bust - 34 1/2"
Back - 32 1/4"
Waist - 28 3/4"
Hips - 37 1/2"
Hips (knicker line) - 39"
Left and right thigh - 23 1/4"
Left and right arm - 11 1/2"

My average clothes size is

Top - size 10
Bottom - tight size 10 / very baggy size 12

For me my weight loss is to become more comfortable with my bottom half of my body and to get away from 11 stone mark. I want a stone leeway so i'm not constantly having to check the scales that I'm not nearing the wrong side of the stone.

I've decided to keep quiet about my weight loss as I know I'll get 'flack' from some family and friends about wanting to lose the weight. They see my shape in clothes but don't ever reflect that I might not be 100% happy.
I've got support from my hubby and best friend and that's all I need xx
 
i think its a gd idea to take photos too, seeing the progress gives a real boost doesnt it :)
im also gonna do my measurements at some point!!

Breakfast - Fruit 0PP

Lunch - Baked beans (5) on Toast (3)

Dinner - Pork chop no fat (4) with mini jacket Potatoes (3) and 1/2plate of vegetables

Snacks - 30g Walker sensation (4) not bothering them anymore.
Choc twirl bit x 1 (1)
Milk for Tea (1)
Drumstick lolly (2)

Total PP are 23, I still have another 4PP but really don't want anything. I think I've finally got to the point that now I just want clean eating. Even though I had the snacks I didn't enjoy them.

Looks like no weeklies today which is a good for the remainder of the week

I've also drank 2 litres of water so today has been a WONDERFUL day for my "diet"

I hear thats a better way..low fat can be so artificial and full of sugars. Def better to have a little of the proper stuff than the diet version and still wanting more!
