Hi! Iv had about a million diaries before so you might have seen one of them, I tend to switch between ww and calorie counting!
Abit about me, I'm Becki I'm 24, and I'm married to my lovely DH for 2.5 years and we have two little boys aged for 4yrs and 19months! I'm also 16 weeks pregnant with baby number 3! Due in June :)

Been trying to lose weight since I had my oldest baby and went up to about 16stone, never really minded my weight before then though I wasn't totally happy with my size. I was a 12 and around 12 stone before I had kids. I'm 5'9 so carry my weight quite easily.
I watched my calories or did pro points throughout my last pregnancy and only managed to put on a stone and lost my baby weight after ten days! I did quite well and was only a stone from goal but then messed around and slowly put the weight back on and now I'm pregnant and scared to balloon!
I'm now 14st 6lb but I have quite a bump already so from getting pregnant iv already gained a stone! I'm wearing size 14/16 clothes at the moment which isn't huge but I don't want to see 16st again!
So I'm not particularly wanting to lose loads of weight while pregnant I just want to be aware of what I'm eating and maintain if I possible can or limit my weight gain. I know there will be times with cravings or baby having a growth spurt when I will slip and eat loads but every day I try is better than not doing!
I just want to try and eat abit more healthily, I'm anaemic so it makes me quite tired and it's even worse with pregnancy so I want to try and eat better and combat it!

I'm having 40pp a day plus weeklies so this works out on average as 1880 cals a day plus fruit and veg which I think is a fair amount for being pregnant and not too low.

Weigh ins are on Fridays. Good luck to everyone else starting around now and happy new year! :) xx

So today -

Breakfast - 2pp

Drank 1.5 litre of Evan too that's my New Years resolution to drink more water.
We decided to get a Chinese tonight which it's New Year's Eve and being pregnant I'm not drinking so not the end of the world.

I will share chicken and sweetcorn soup with DH, and some prawn crackers, then 1/2 chicken chowmein, 1/2 fried rice, 2 chicken balls and some sweet and sour sauce and a few chips. I have 19 dailies left and 37 weeklies so I will just try keep to dailies tomorrow and Thursday :) looking at the pp doesn't seem that bad anyway but I know there is dispute with how big a portion is on Chinese values x

Happy new year everybody. Woke up feeling sick this morning so I'm hoping it will go away soon, just had a kiwi apple and lime smoothie and I'm drinking my water so hopefully my stomach settles abit and I can eat.

I'm weeing all the time anyway haha :p think by the third baby my bladder is sick of being squashed! I didn't manage to drink all water yesterday but I still drank enough fluids :) I heard that after a few days though your body gets used to the extra water and you don't need to wee as much and also if you sip rather than glug it doesn't go straight through you as much x
