so thought id make a new diary as a new year new start and all that!
ive been following ww for a while now on n off! i dont go to class or anythin i do it myself using the value diary app n weigh at a local chemist every week!
but i believe this is the year to get the weight off once n for all!
im 24, 5'7 n weigh 12.9, id like to just see the 10s again n feel comfortable with myself before my next summer holiday in august, i also have a wedding in april so would like to have lost 'some' for that!
im actually officially gonna restart on mon 6th as thats when im back at work n feel more controlled when im at work!
