I'm starting fresh as its the new year so would like to support others along the way. A bit info about me - I'm 32 and a full time mummy to 3 lovely girls
My weight loss journey started after having with my youngest, it was best thing that happened to me as it made me realise that I drastically couldn't afford to get any heavier and I just wanted to be healthy for myself and my family.
So basically maintained my weight during pregnancy and then mainly CC and pro pointed over the last 20 months. During that time I had a few times when I've haven't dieting but so far I've always managed to get back on plan before the weight piles back on. I've gone from being into the 15's down to 11st.12 and I do feel much better for doing so. It still doesn't feel that I've lost that much so would like to get into the 10's.
I'm around 4lbs up from my lightest but we took the girls to Disneyland Paris and then had a lovely Christmas, so I'm not too worried about that gain. I'm ready to get back on plan, I'm actually fed up with all the festive foods!
