    Cas's weightloss DIARY

    Hey everyone,
    I'm starting fresh as its the new year so would like to support others along the way. A bit info about me - I'm 32 and a full time mummy to 3 lovely girls

    My weight loss journey started after having with my youngest, it was best thing that happened to me as it made me realise that I drastically couldn't afford to get any heavier and I just wanted to be healthy for myself and my family.

    So basically maintained my weight during pregnancy and then mainly CC and pro pointed over the last 20 months. During that time I had a few times when I've haven't dieting but so far I've always managed to get back on plan before the weight piles back on. I've gone from being into the 15's down to 11st.12 and I do feel much better for doing so. It still doesn't feel that I've lost that much so would like to get into the 10's.

    I'm around 4lbs up from my lightest but we took the girls to Disneyland Paris and then had a lovely Christmas, so I'm not too worried about that gain. I'm ready to get back on plan, I'm actually fed up with all the festive foods!

    I'm starting on 28pp and 49 weekly's usually wi on Fridays but will have my first wi next Friday.

    Today,

    Cuppa and nu cereal bar 3pps

    Sun bites, Alpen light 5pps.

    Turkey, peas, carrots, cauliflower, broccoli, stuffing and dry roast potatoes -13 pps

    M&Ms - 8pps as oh treated me at M&M world.

    Nu cereal bar 2pps


    31pps -46/49 weeklys.

    I got a million things to do today but really can't be bothered, not long since I crawled out bed its lovely Having children who lay in!!! Dreading getting back to normal routine and I think they are to.

    Last night was a bit of disaster ended up opening box of foxes biscuits, I so am regretting it now. Really don't want to slip back to old habits so I will deducting the pps from my weekly's.


    2x choc biscuits 8pps

    38 weekly's left- definitely will be sticking to dailies till the weekend!!

    They were big chunky chocolate biscuits, and my thing is once there open I'm going want to go back for more. I need to keep myself busy, next week will be much easier as I be back into normal routine x

    any left over chocs/biscuits etc from xmas i tend to take into work n put on the staffroom table as when my heads in right place n im ready to diet again i could do without any temptations like those hanging around!!

    Back after no longer being in control of my eating / weight. Lost 82lbs doing the Cambridge Diet but gained it back. Now, trying a different approach (Weight Watchers) I hope to lose weight and keep it off.

    I think I would do that if it was just me but I'd having a grumpy oh and it's nice to have some treats in for the kids. I'm usually quite good at resisting but I think its cos I'm out routine and body got the taste of eating sweet things again. I probably be fine in a couple days

    Today, I've had:

    Chicken curry deli noodles and Alpen light 10pps

    2 savoury mini eggs and sun bites 6pps

    Chicken breast, jacket potato ad green beans 10pps

    Nu cereal bar 2pps.

    28pps plus 3 cans of diet coke I'm addicted.

    Don't worry about biscuits, it's so hard with all Christmas food hanging around. Every day iv been good them when kids are in bed DH will say shall we have this or that and I can never resist when he's sat next to me munching lol!
    You've already done so well with your weight loss!
    Did you enjoy Disneyland? We supposed to be going again in October don't know if it will be a good idea with a newborn and all the baby stuff and possibly bigger house this year though. Have to see but it's my favourite place! x

    Thanks Becki, but it hardly shows I'm still a size 14!
    That's exactly us as soon as the lo's are in bed, Chris is like do you want Ice cream, cake, KFC, the list goes on- I think he wants me fat! I do find night time much more of struggle, sticking to plan so much easier during the day.

    We loved Disney but we should of stayed longer their were things we didn't get to do but can't wait to go back I think it's such a lovely holiday for the lo's but its so expensive the only thing with taking babies is all the stuff they need and you need to be so organised as your stuck if you run out of anything, we thinking of going back in december again it was so lovely with all the Christmas lights Santa etc but its either that or a week away during the summer.

    You've got a lovely year a head, newbaby, new house your going be so busy, are hoping to stay local?
