I rejoined weightwatchers today and am going to be starting the simply filling (or filling and healthy) plan - free healthy foods plus 49 propoints a week.
I weighed in at my heaviest in Jan 2012, at 14.11. I lost 3 stone that year, but spent 2013 fluctuating up and down like a yo-yo, with a highest weight of 12.8 (reached twice - July and November), and a lowest weight of 10.13 just before the Paris Marathon in April.
This year, I have another April Marathon (Brighton, 6 April) and I start training this week, so I want to have a healthy but flexible food plan, so I'm trying weight watchers.
I also turn 40 in November, so would like to be slim and maintaining by then!
Anyway, I need to plan to stay on track, so will post my plan on here to help :)
