Hi everyone,

Starting a Diary on here, I use the Weight Watcher's community too but thought I'd quite like to start a diary on here and read others too.

I am a serial dieter. I have tried them all, literally, I can't think of one I haven't at least researched. I am going back to my old faithful Weight Watchers. This time I will be mixing it up a bit and using Pro Points and Filling and Healthy days. I have tried Slimming World and I got used to their way of cooking so this fits in with Filling and Healthy anyway. Why not?

I am now really positive that I am going to lose this weight. I have got my head around the fact that it will take a "long time", but the time will pass anyway so something needs to be done. I am 26 years old and I weight 18st 6lbs. It's not a nice fact, but I can't do anything about the past, so I need to change the future. I am very organised this time - my one and only new years resolution - I know exactly what needs to be done and how I am going to do it.

1. Join Weight Watchers Online :checkmark green:
2. Buy notepad to start a new habit of meal planning for the week :checkmark green:
3. Work out an achievable exercise routine :checkmark green:

Now all that is left to do is to blooming well start haha. So tomorrow. Friday 3rd January is the first day of my new life, this time next year I would love to be 6 stone lighter. My first real goal is to see the 16's again so I will start with that aim.

Day 1

I was woken this morning to Husband swearing, thought it was a bit strange especially since he is a morning person normally lol. Off I go downstairs to find him binning the contents of the fridge. There was a power cut last night/this morning and the fridge had been off a while. Some things were ok but being the neurotic that he is he has binned most of the meat. Great.

Today went off with a good start though food wise and I had wholemeal toast and banana, along with 500 ml of water. Lunch will be homemade veggie soup and dinner is fajitas made with wholemeal wraps. I am making a good effort at switching everything to wholemeal.

The weather here today is awful, I was going to go for a walk but I don't fancy doing it in the Thunder and Lightening lol so I might try and do a fitness blender on youtube. :rolleyes:

its been really wet n windy here tha last few days but the sun is actually shinin so im going for a walk ...... around shops hehehe x

Well today I had bacon medallians and egg for breaky, felt like a nice treat. I am having some lovely homemade soup for lunch and spag bol for dinner. Feeling really good ans since I have stopped all sweetners in my tea and stopped fizzy drinks I am peeing for Britain! I am also inches down on my stomach just from losing the bloat. Definitely sticking to this from now on.

Last night I was craving something sweet so I had a large caramel snack a jack with nutella on top. 2 pp of pure and utter yumminess. (F&h day). Might even have another one tonight :D

I get weighed tomorrow but it won't have been a full week but I really want to go this class so I dont mind so much. I have disposed of the scales batteries so I cant sneek peak ever again haha they are now in the loft. Goodbye scales!!

Wish me luck for tomorrow. I will be happy with any loss x

Today is day 5 of being back on track but only day 3 since weigh in at class. I decided that joining a group was the best thing for me to do so I switched my online subscription to monthly pass.

I am coping surprisingly well with the "no weighing" rule and it has only just crossed my mind just now while writing this. I have that feeling this time, like something has clicked. I haven't even used a weekly point yet!! Which is unheard of for me, it's not been intentional I just don't feel hungry enough to justify eating any more. I feel amazing :)

Today I plan on getting some exercise in, not sure what as my kids are now so heavy that the double buggy is unbearable to use lol so we will see how I get on lol x
 
Subscribing, great you are in the right head space its so much easier that way, hopefully you will have a good loss this week good luck
 
Thanks ladies. I hope so, I am a notorisly slow loser so anything over 1lb I'll be happy with. I'd love a big loss like most people get week one but I know from experience this just never happens for me and I always end up disappointed.

Technically it has been a week since my new start, but only 5 days since I weighed at class, can't wait to weigh in now. I have no scales to sneek peak and I am feeling anxious lol mad eh?

I am having a rubbish time just now, no idea why. I just seem to be in a bad mood all the time. It is nothing to do with diet as I am not hungry, I think maybe hormones looming. Anyway the last few days I have had the urge to just throw in the towel to spite myself but I am pushing through. Hope my mood lifts soon.

Tonight is Fakeaway night so I am making a chicken tikka masala and we are having a WW nan bread with it too. Can't wait!! YUM!!

Tonight will be my first real challenge. I am off out, I have decided to not drink and eat before I leave. I have 34 weeklies left and I get weighed on Monday but I just really don't want to mess up all my hard work. Especially since mother nature is due and I am bloated.

Here to follow, ive done sf in past and had great results, im on day 2 now of my new try doing pp/sf days :-D uve done great so far and ur meals r looking good! I love spag bol!
