    I'm till 2st 10lb down in total. Hope to be back there soon.

    Back again. I got to 14.6 then fell off the wagon for 5 months and I'm back up to 16st but not for long! I go to class every Saturday morning so that will be when I update my weight losses

    Welcome I will give all the details tomorrow.

    From what I have read so far it's filling and healthy plan without the 49 weeklies but you get two treats a day, wine choc etc from a long list and I think you get a choice between some of your filling and healthy options between really low fat and not so low fat?

    Either way I will update all in morning, I'm looking forward to it xx

    Seems to be like sw I think lots of people switched in 2013.

    Although sounds better a treat a day, helps people eat in moderation I guess

    Yeah I think they are trying too get more people eating of the f & h plan but some people find it a little too restrictive but it's fine if you keep points for stuff like that. Good luck for Wednesday. I gained half a st over Christmas x

    Hey ladies,

    Sorry for the late reply I went to bed at 7pm last night with a migraine and still was suffering this morning. I went to ww lost the 1lb I gained the week before.

    Right the new WW thing is called simple start but it's basically filling and healthy.

    You've got the propoints plan which is your daily pro points plus your 49 if you choose to use them.
    Then you have your filling and healthy plan where you can eat unlimited foods without weighing or measuring and you can still have your 49 weekly pro points if you wish.
    You can alternate between the two plans on a weekly basis a day at a time so it's very flexible.

    Basically the simple start is the same as f&h but you don't get your 49., but you do get a choice of 2 'treats' off a food list each day there is wine and choc on the list as well as things like mayo etc. I will try get a list in here for you.
    If you were to do simple start you need to do it for the full week at a time you can't alternate like you can with f&h and pro points.

    It seems a good enough plan and in someways a bit stricter so might help keep people on track and it does work! I will give it a go from next Saturday, this wk I am pointing.

    Cereal Bar 3pp
    Go ahead biscuits 4pp
    Crisps 5pp

    L-Omelette again, chs and bbq 9pp
    2 wholemeal crackers and chs spread 2pp

    Dinner -
    Pizza 11pp
    and Pasta 19pp

    Snacks tonight -
    Rolo yogurt 4pp
    Baileys 2pp
    Kit Kat 3pp

    Pepsi
    3 cups tea 1pp milk

    Total pp's today; 63pp
    including 29 weekly points.

    I also had a bit of drama tonight trying to get to the bottom of a stroppy rabbit, turns out 'he' is a 'she' and she may be pregnant so have had to separate them clean out cages etc.
