Chubby no more!

I'm more obese than chubby but anyway...

Today I weighed 18st5.75lbs.

This day last year I weighed 19st12lbs. Safe to say I hope to loose more than 18lbs this year!

Tomorrow (3rd) is day 1 of a new me. I'm going to try and stick to this as much as I bloody can, I think planning and tracking like mad will sort me out!
 
Soooooo breakfast was a bit of a disaster! I bought porridge oats, weighed myself out a 50g portion and it said mix with water, so I did. Cooked, added my chopped banana and cherries - BLURGH.

I'm going to pp up milk and give it another go tomorrow then I'll find something else.

Now I'm stuck at the emergency dentist and no lunch boooo!

Ahh I thought I had replied, I'm sure o did :/

Breakfast was watery porridge disaster. Will attempt again tomorrow.

Lunch was nice - lots of PP though!

Dinner is a working progress - no idea what to have yet. Need to defrost some meat otherwise it's tuna salad.

Will do a food diary update later I've tracked everything x

It was awful! Might look in the sachets because I do like porridge, just not at 8pp lol

I have a banging headache :( sugar withdrawal maybe. Had to take my mum at a & e first thing this morning so my food plan went out the window, no muffin :(

Still all on track! Will update this evening when I hopefully feel more human

Hope your mum is okay! tracking not always most important thing it's just being sensible x
