    The next instalment

    Hi everyone. So I had a diary about a year ago but left the site as didnt have time. After losing 3 and a half stone on weight watchers between March 2012 and March 2013 I reached my weight watchers goal weight of 11 stone 10. And then I pretty much maintained my weight, despite wanting to lose another stone. I went on holiday last September and when I came back I weighed in at 12 stone and thats pretty much where I stayed until Christmas where I devided to take all of December off and weighed in last week at 12 stone 7....meaning I have 21lbs at least to lose this year to be where I want to be.

    So I attend meetings on a Saturday. I haven't really dieted this week as have given up smoking instead so tomorrow is the true start again date plus being back at work will give me a routine. Im going to do simple start/healthy and filling and have planned next week down to snacks and treats. I will update with my weight tomorrow and start again. I have a fabulous support network with my family and gorgeous friends but missed the site so thought I would come back (plus my new phone now has a MiniMins app!)

    Thanks. Im going to put the weight I have lost behind me though amd just start tomorrow with the mentality of what I have to lose not what I have lost. Just think that will motivate me more. My first mini goal is to be back at 11.10 by my year goal date of 8th March so from last weeks weigh in thats 11lbs in 9 weeks. No idea what my weight will be tomorrow

    I gave up for 7 years but a moments weekness in May has seen me back smoking - it was almost acceptable when it was one or two a day but it had crept up and up to when I was back on 20 a day. Day 3 today and everything that could be thrown at me has and I havent caved in. Eaten too many packs of mints though. I dont feel too bad surprisingly just struggle after dinner and when my hubby has one but I will get there

    So Todays food plan is as follows. Im doing simple start so nothing is weighed and pointed:

    B - shredded wheat and skimmed milk
    L - tuna salad sandwich
    D - hairy dieters chicken jalfrezi with brown rice (slightly tweaked)

    Treats - ww bar and meringue fruit and fat free greek yoghurt.

    My goodness today's food was delicious. I feel so satisfied. I have a massive fruit salad in the fridge which I will have with greek yoghurt and going to make a passion fruit mousse for later on too. I still have 2 treats I can eat so I might have a meringue or a ww bar.The next instalment-1388861742422.jpg

    Well done for holding off!! You'll get back to it I'm sure. Only thing that stops me is knowing there's no such thing as one for me, I'm very all or nothing lol x

    Like you I got to goal with WW but still wanted another stone off which I never got to do. So this year I'm hitting it hard, 100% focus and plan to have it off by May.

    Thanks. I think im the same all or nothing. The look of disappointment in my strp daughters face was enough to convince me to give up. I gave up because of her in the first place and that's what's keeping me going now. Day 5 and I dont want one so getting there

    That's the only thing I don't like about ww is they get you to goal at your healthy bmi and not where you want to be and I kind of lost my way after that but this year I will get to where I want to be. Its also hard being a helper as you dont get much time for personal support which is why im back here. I love helping so giving up isnt a option plus it pays for my e source and products I buy.
