Hey there. Have decided to do a diary to keep me on track hopefully. Little bit about me. I lost just under 4 stone with ww doing pro points. I got to goal in nov. Over Xmas I have gained according the my scales 8lbs which I'm horrified at so now I need to claw it back :) Have been doing Bootcamp three times a week for the last year. Back tomorrow night after the Christmas break so looking forward to it and looking forward to shifting this 8lbs. Please join me and we can all inspire each other!!

Right, so todays breakfast is to start, a pint of cooled boiled water with freshly squeezed lemon. Followers by a fried egg (fried in spray oil) & a slice of whole wheat brown bread. Also cup of tea.

Egg: 2
Brown bread: 2
Tea: 1

So for dinner today it's gonna be spag bol made from scratch with Cajun butternut squash chips. Coming in @ 7pp. Will post pic later, yum yum :)
 
Your food looks great :) how did you get your squash chips so even? Mine are always odd shapes lol x
 
Went to my Bootcamp class tonight despite the rain bucketing down and felt fantastic afterwards. So nice now being tucked up in bed and after a lovely hot shower and feeling great :) love how exercise makes me feels!
 
Well done for going to boot camp. I can't wait to start exercising (just had an op). What kind of exercises do you do? And is everyone slim?

Sarah we do everything. Lol. Running, sprinting, squats, lunges, burpees, hill climbers, squat thrusts, push ups, sit ups, planks, ugh tired just naming them out haha. And no, everyone at the class isn't necessarily skinny either :) I started it this time last year 4 stone heavier!

Breakfast this morning - a banana. Didn't have time for a proper breakfast so that'll have to do. Feel empty, love my breakfasts...
 
Breakfast today when I got to work was grapes, strawberries & blueberries with yogurt 1pp and a cup of tea with 1 sugar 1pp
