hello all!!

this is going to be my LAST time on weight watchers and im GOING to get to my goal weight this time!!

I started last year at 13stone 13lb!! im now 11stone 1lb and I am aiming to loose 2stone before may when we go away on our little family holiday im hoping posting on here will keep me on track im going to post all my food I eat how im feeling and general chitchat too!


so food diary so far today has been so random im a picky eater rather then a big meal person I LOVE snacks which is probally what got me to this size in the first place
im having a very bad day food wise today so thought now is the perfect time to make my own diary on here im on 26pp a day x




breakfast- wotsits 3pp (really fancy them today!! bad brekkie I know) -------- 3pp total

lunch-sandwhich thin (3pp) 4 breaded nuggets (3pp) wotsits (3pp)------ 9pp total


leave me with 14 points for dinner im making everyone eles beef stew but I can stand it!! so will probably have no doubt end up with a microwave meal as didn't get myself nothing out of the freezer last night xx
 
Good luck! My aim is to lose the weight for Hols too :) Just started, hope to do propoints next week, was told to do simple start this week!

ive herd about it but as ive done pro points in the past im going to stick with what I know lol xx
 
So far I like it but will see the results on Thursday of whether it works for me or not! Propoints might allow me to eat too much rubbish and avoid proper meals..that's been a downfall for me in the past! Like the idea of doing a few days filling and healthy and keeping pp for weekends though! Onwards and downwards hopefully!

I'm so hoping to lose weight for my holiday in May. I want to lose at least 12lbs and I have 13weeks! I know it's possible as I lost 12lbs in 7 weeks last year but put it all on again after my holiday lol
