Day two, feeling headachey today... probably sugar/wine/junk withdrawal! Trying to drink more water, have bought a sports bottle which helps, it's handy having it beside me.

I realise I'm eating a lot of WW brand or processed food, but this is because the wraps/pittas were on offer & also because it's easier for now, until I get back into the swing of things!

Feel better today, but just need to remember how rubbish I've felt... the next time I feel like giving up!

The real test will be the weekend... I love wine, and while I have plenty weeklies to spare, it's the tipsy munchies that can be my downfall!!

Late night last night, son up through the night, on top of a bottle of wine... feeling rough today! Breakfast at Morrison's cafe! Was dreading pointing the sole fillets, but delighted to find they're only 4pp each! Will have two with veg, which saves needing potatoes.
