Hi everyone. I'm a newbie. I'll not go over the rollercoaster that has been my weight just yet but basically I resemble more blimp than person at the minute. I'm 19 stone, my back hurts, my legs hurt, i get out of breath when walking on the flat, no clothes fit me and im extremely worried about my health. And yes, it is all my fault. I sucked it up and joined weight watchers as i liked the whole 'points' idea. I have to do this week of simple start first. I know you're not supposed to but I've a big weekend event coming up so I'm going to save my weekly treats for that event and see how it goes. I'll write my daily intakes here and what my plans are for the following day. Tomorrow i plan to have;

Breakfast: shredded wheat and skim milk
Lunch: those thin sandwichy bread things with ham and salad
Dinner: egg and baked beans on slim bread
Snacks: fruit and greek yoghurt. Maybe some more ham or something if i fancy a savoury snack.

Well deviated a bit from the plan but could have been worse. Have had;
Breakfast: shredded wheat and skim milk
Lunch: a sandwich thin, lettuce and ham and chicken
Dinner: skipped cus knew i was going to the cinema
Snacks: popcorn, mints

According to MFP (using that as well as WW to see what it comes to calorie wise) its around 1200 so im happy enough. Hoping to do a better 'simple start' tomorrow.

Preliminary plan for tomorrows food.

Breakfast: fruit and greek yoghurt.
Lunch: egg on toast.
Dinner: two ham sandwiches (sandwich thins) and baked beans.
Snacks: fruit, coffee

Went to see Last Vegas Shez. Thought it was just alrite. A bit cheesy in bits. Who doesnt love DeNiro tho!!

Well this is how today went;

Breakfast: greek yog and grapes
Lunch: ham mustard lettuce sandwich with sandwich thins
Dinner: mince, a sandwich thin and baked beans

Snacks: boiled sweets, a coffee with skim milk, a small kinder chocolate and a handful of pretzels
 
Tomorrow the plan is:
Breakfast: shredded wheat, skim milk, grapes
Lunch: egg on toast
Dinner: peas chicken carrot n swede

Snacks pretzels fruit maybe a crumpet. Ill see how hungry i am

So today i didnt stick to the plan at all! But still ate fairly well.

Breakfast: fruit and a crumpet
Lunch: ciabatta sandwich with ham and pork and mustard spread
Dinner: was in a big rush so i just had a marks n spencer fuller for longer meal. Chicken and asparagus risotto. Really enjoyed it!

Snacks- pretzels, fruit and boiled sweets

Plan for tomorrow:

Breakfast: cereal
Lunch: cabbage and potatoes
Dinner: stirfry

Snacks again pretzels and fruit. Im also having a few drinks tomorrow night but ill stick to diet drinks and spirits.

I realise im doing more just calorie counting than weight watchers plan but thatl change when i start properly this week. Dont really like the simple start plan. Points appeal more.

Ok so I was away for a few days on holiday there. Still ate quite well (tho drank a fair bit :( ) tho luckily didnt affect weight loss too much. Had first weigh in there and lost 6lb!

My plan for tomorrow:

Breakfast-yoghurt and fruit (2pp)
Lunch: sandwich and salad (15pp)
Dinner: pasta and chicken (15pp)

Snacks: fruit. Low fat crisps, bit of choc (7pp)

For a total of 39/41 points

Thats the plan anyway...

Well my eating had been pretty poor today. Woke up and had my breakfast of yoghurt and fruit but then started to feel really sick :(
Been sick on and off throughout the day so have just been picking at things i can stomach. Mainly ate low fat crisps, chocolate and sweets! Awful i know. Didnt go over my daily points tho.

Plan for tomorrow:

Breakfast: yog/fruit (2pp)
Lunch: veg soup and bread (9pp)
Dinner: soup and chicken (4pp)
Snacks: cinema popcorn (about 25pp) i always get a medium!

Snacks: fruit

Total should be about 40/41
 
Today I had

Breakfast: none (slept in!)
Lunch: soup (0pp) bread (9pp)
Dinner: soup (0pp) bread (4pp)

Snacks: popcorn (25pp), chomp x2 (6pp), a sweet (2pp) hot choc (1pp)

Total: 47 so 41/41 dailys and iv 6/49 weeklies

43 weeklies left!

Plan for tomorrow:
Breakfast: greek yog and fruit (2pp)
Lunch: sandwich and salad: (16pp)
Dinner: soup (0pp) chicken (10pp) sweetcorn. (2pp), sauce (4pp)
Snacks: pretzels (2pp), fruit, maybe some choc (3pp)
