Hi everyone. I'm a newbie. I'll not go over the rollercoaster that has been my weight just yet but basically I resemble more blimp than person at the minute. I'm 19 stone, my back hurts, my legs hurt, i get out of breath when walking on the flat, no clothes fit me and im extremely worried about my health. And yes, it is all my fault. I sucked it up and joined weight watchers as i liked the whole 'points' idea. I have to do this week of simple start first. I know you're not supposed to but I've a big weekend event coming up so I'm going to save my weekly treats for that event and see how it goes. I'll write my daily intakes here and what my plans are for the following day. Tomorrow i plan to have;
Breakfast: shredded wheat and skim milk
Lunch: those thin sandwichy bread things with ham and salad
Dinner: egg and baked beans on slim bread
Snacks: fruit and greek yoghurt. Maybe some more ham or something if i fancy a savoury snack.
