Hey everyone my names Ness, some of you probably already know me as I've been on and off here a few times now.
I'm starting WW at home tomorrow and this time Hubby is doing it with me I've had a few health problems lately and if I don't start to shift this weight it could get serious.
I'm following the PROPOINTS plan as it's what I'm most comfortable with.
I look forward to sharing advice and tips and support and hope you will follow me on my journey.

Hey everyone, well weighed in this morning weighing a whopping 22st 9lb!! Heartbreaking but onwards and downwards hubby weighed in exactly 2 stone lighter let the competition begin lol. Going good today I did us both a packed lunch this morning I haven't stopped eating lol still have loads of points left. I get 48PP a day Hope everyone is having a good day? Xx

I was shocked that 30g of mini marshmallows was only 3pp (if I worked it out correctly lol)

Looks like a very yummy day! Did you forget to add in the milk for frosties? Or did you eat them dry :) Bet the fondue was lovely! X

I ate the dry!! I can eat them at work that way and they last longer! Xx

Felt like I've been eating constantly today and I've been so hungry!!

It's my friends 30th and I'm off to hers tonight there will be alcohol, take away and cake!! HELP!!
 
Just keep a note of what you eat and use those 49pp to help you stay on track. Maybe spirits and diet mixers? Healthier choice for takeaway? Smaller bit of cake lol? I know how hard it is but just remember that you are doing this for you, you won't be cheating anyone except yourself - that's my motto! Good luck, let us know how you get on!

Thankyou so much for the advice. I will take my own drink with me and hopefully they will get Chinese so I can have a chow Mein and use my weeklies for a slither of cake.
