charlies weightwatchers dairy

so didnt stick to my breakfast woke up too late and then had my weetbix ohwell i had to and brought it to 5 pro points. we went into town so i went to wear i usually work and got my chicken tikka kebab which is lovely and works out at 4 propoints but i saw reduced chocolate brownie i work it out to be 5 propoints. i had to bags of hula hoops 25grams each loverly works out 6 propoints. but then we went to pub and i had my blumers 7 propoints. for tea i have had homemade curry and brown basmati i treid to resist the naan bread and pitta but i couldnt i have had 42 allowing 10 for my curry. so 28 weekly used
