    Ready to finish my journey

    Hi im sarah, ive decided to do a food diary because I think it will help keep me focused. I started my journey doing discovery points (at home) and lost 8 stone.I now need to finish my journey (another 4st 7lbs to go) using the propoints plan.Thanks for reading x

    Im always worried about eating too much fruit, I know they say to eat it freely but try nit to over eat :-)
