Ready to finish my journey

Hi im sarah, ive decided to do a food diary because I think it will help keep me focused. I started my journey doing discovery points (at home) and lost 8 stone.I now need to finish my journey (another 4st 7lbs to go) using the propoints plan.Thanks for reading x

Well after being stuck in for a week because of illness, we're off for a drive to the beach to take the dog for a little walk.im taking my lunch with me to have in the car.

Thank you, unfortunately im in the middle of a M.E relapse, but determined to stick to plan :)
 
Ok so I weighed this morning...1.5lbs loss, very happy considering ive been on the sofa most of the week.
