Missa's (pp & sf mix) to get to target

I am creating this diary to help me stay on track as I have been struggling for the past month. I have been gaining and losing the same 4-5lbs:mad:. Although its still cold outside the sun has been shining so I think it's time to sort myself out plus, I am hoping to go on a family holiday at the end of May so I need to look fab.

My journey started last year. I got to 13st and was so unhappy with my weight. I tried both ww and sw but my mind wasn't in the right place so I only managed to lose a few pounds. I started again but with sw and lost almost 2st but didn't get to my target for my 30th birthday in August. I literally only had 14lbs to get to 10st and I messed up and couldn't get myself back on track. I struggled for months and just constantly piled the weight on so just stopped attending meetings. In January I tried sw again at home but still no joy so I'm back to ww. I am currently 12st 11lbs and would love to get down to 10st and then maybe get to 9st 7lbs if I can. I am doing ww online as i don't have the time to get to meetings. I really need some motivation and would appreciate any advice given :)

have been off it for 2 weeks as ive felf slightly crappy but im trying to get back into the swing of things as of today!
i weigh 12.5 and would love to just see the 11s first before any other target!!

Oh dear that sounds like my situation. Yes I am just aiming for the 11s too for the moment. I know I can do it I just need to push myself. What plan are you on?

im stickin to propoints as i like the idea of portion control n counting everythin i consume!!

Ok. Well I mix mine as Mondays and Tuesdays are quite difficult as I'm at uni all day so sf suits me and then I try to mix the rest of the Week. How long have you been on ww?

i follow it from home, dont go to meetings or pay for anythin, followed it end of last year for a while, but fell off the wagon near xmas, and started again in feb!

I'm doing it online at the moment. I've been doing it since January and just keep falling of the wagon but I'm trying my best to stick to it now. I am sick of gaining same 4-5lbs lol.

Were you following something else before ww?

Thank you. Yes hopefully it will work but I am sure it will. We just have to focus and stay positive. Let me know how you get on with ww.

My day started off well and I don't know what happened. I had a Cadbury's caramel and then went crazy and had more and more chocolate. Back on track tomorrow.

So Thursday's are my weigh-in days and I am happy to say that I've lost 2.9lbs. Onwards and downwards :)

I am back.....finally. I've had no phone since last week and couldn't be bothered to update this on my laptop. I've put on 1lb this week but I am determined to get this weight off. No more binge eating or messing about. Just healthy eating and plenty of exercise :D
