I am creating this diary to help me stay on track as I have been struggling for the past month. I have been gaining and losing the same 4-5lbs. Although its still cold outside the sun has been shining so I think it's time to sort myself out plus, I am hoping to go on a family holiday at the end of May so I need to look fab.
My journey started last year. I got to 13st and was so unhappy with my weight. I tried both ww and sw but my mind wasn't in the right place so I only managed to lose a few pounds. I started again but with sw and lost almost 2st but didn't get to my target for my 30th birthday in August. I literally only had 14lbs to get to 10st and I messed up and couldn't get myself back on track. I struggled for months and just constantly piled the weight on so just stopped attending meetings. In January I tried sw again at home but still no joy so I'm back to ww. I am currently 12st 11lbs and would love to get down to 10st and then maybe get to 9st 7lbs if I can. I am doing ww online as i don't have the time to get to meetings. I really need some motivation and would appreciate any advice given
