. I have been on slimming world and up to Christmas lost 24 lbs but afterwards I have found it difficult to get back on track. So what i am thinking is I'm going to write down everything I eat and hopefully this will help

Bread x 3 (b choice + 3 syns) eggs x 2 and bacon x 4

Went to ikea then had a carry out so think I'll start tomorrow

Tomorrow is going to be a new fresh start for me, I can get into my uniform at work and I don't want to go back the way and put the weight back on. I have decided to try weight watchers as I'm getting abit bored with slimming world, my ideal weight is 12 stone which I know is heavy for some people but I would be over the moon if I got to that weight. So please if u want to help and support me and also give some advice because probably they'll be a lot of mistakes on the way please jot then down. So I'm going to sleep now to get ready to start tomorrow :):):):):):):)

Here we go

Weight this morning 15stone 2 lbs

Well its been a good day and its nearly bedtime lol

Breakfast 2 crumpets, eggs x 2 and skimmed milk

Lunch 3 slices of bread ( calorie controlled), tuna and salad
Low fat crisps (3pp)
Dinner Baked Potatoes, chicken and salad

Orange, fruit salad and diet coke x 2

So on the whole a good day so hopefully tomorrow can be just as good. :):):):):):):):)

Yeah the evenings are hard for me too. Once the kids go to bed I just wanna sit and eat crap ha.
 
I've just had a big glass of diluting juice so thats filled me up but I'll be peeing all night lol happy days x

Hi there thanks for your texts I've had a good day today and I went to my class and lost 1 pd so thats 1st 5 pd in total. Decided to give ww ago for a week and see how it goes and if it goes well I'll stop the sw class and go to a ww one. Sorry abit confusing lol. How have all your days been x

I'm going to do simple start to begin with and see how it goes. You know every healthy eating plan works if u just have mega will power and close your mouth every now and again, it seems so easy yet it is so difficult lol. Trust u have a good day x

Yeah every diet works if you do it right lol. I think as far as plans go though ww is a very liveable one.

Breakfast : ww wraps x 2 and 2 boiled eggs wee bit of flora (1)
Snack : Banana
Lunch : 2 x brown thins, gammon slices x 4 and salad crisps (4)
Snack :
Dinner : chicken breast x 2, brown rice and salad
Snack : Flump (1)

So far .....
Finally supper wraps x 2 with chicken

Lol sorry just seen your post they were only 1/2 syn on sw so hopefully low on ww. Well its been a lovely day but why it was lovely was as a wee treat went out for a wee quick indian with friends lol so although I've had a Indian I've hardly eaten anything else lol. So here goes for the day.

Breakfast : 1 Warburtons thins with bacon x 3

Lunch : Onion Badgie lol not sure how thats spelt
Chicken Tandoori on the bone and white boiled rice
2 x bits of pwershi nan
Ice cream

Oh its was great not sure how many pp to count
