    Determined to do it diary!!

    I've been a member of WW for a few months, but haven't often been following it. I started a vlcd around 6 weeks ago but couldn't continue as I suffer with migraines and it made them massively worse. Absolutely gutted as I'm getting married in 12 weeks so I'm now focused on WW to do what I can before the wedding!

    I've realised I eat incredibly unhealthily - I tend to eat free food most of the day as I worry that I won't have enough points in the evening, then end up eating 15+pp of rubbish every single night as I ends to use them up. I need to break this habit!

    Last week I lost 1lb (which I was a bit gutted over as I'd been so good despite rubbish eating as above). I'm currently 10 stone 9, healthy range starts at 10st 1 but I would ideally like to get to 9st 7. Probably not before the wedding though! I've just got an exercise bike and want to do at least 30min a day on it.

    So yesterday (a fab example of my poor eating)
    B - pineapple
    L - 3 barbecues snack a jacks (3pp)
    D - m&s mushroom and onion pie (this was amazing!) with 2pp grated cheese and tenderstem broccoli
    S- 4 candy floss sweets 2pp, frusili bar 3pp, pink and white 1pp, 2 sponge fingers 1pp, bar divine chocolate (15pp! Wanted to use my weeklies up)

    So 35pp, dailies 26/26 and weeklies 49/49
    4ap earnt from pedometer, plus did 30min on bike (I don't use AP so don't strictly calculate)


    I've planned today's food fully, bar 2pp, with a better day of food so we shall see how it goes!

    Hey best of luck! Here to subscribe ii am doing weightwatchers aswell bit doing filling and healthy! A pound a week for the next 12 weeks would nearly be a stone so keep up the good work! X

    Tuesday didn't go to plan with healthy eating ...

    B - yoghurt with strawberries and raspberries 3pp
    S - options hot choc, 2 satsumas and cereal bar 4pp
    L - warburton thin with cheese and pickle 5pp

    BBQ snack a jacks 2pp
    D - ended up snacking ALL evening!

    I know I ate loads more fruit than that but it's what I remember.

    Going to a morning WI and will try and eat well today!

    Hey! Here to subscribe if you don't mind. I'm new to the site but not to ww. I'm doing filling and healthy at the minute but have always done propoints. Have you considered giving filling and healthy a go, it might help you curb the snacking if you are feeling down about it. I know I'm less likely to eat crap if I have to take it out of my 49 weeklies.....I need them for wine lol.

    I could try but it makes it seem too much like slimming world to me and I'm rubbish with portion control. Might be an idea to break it up a bit though.

    So my day sucked... I went for a morning WI and put on a pound! I don't really know how as I'd stuck to it, and only had exercised for two days, but there you go. I've never had to modify my eating habits to have losses before, just stick to the plan, but maybe that's changed.

    I am trying to cut down on fruit, I've ALWAYS eaten tons on a diet but it's all sugar and calories so maybe it's not helping.

    So I stuck to plan all day, then had a wobbly in the evening and ate rubbish

    Bit gutted all round really
