My name is Emma and I've just started weight watchers this week. I've started on simple start and I thought I'd start putting my food diary on here to see what others think, so here it goes:
Yesterday was a funny one as I took my daughter to an eat all you want buffet for lunch. But I had egg and beans on toast for brekkie and chicken breast, mushrooms, peppers and onions in a ww wrap for dinner with some fresh chips 2 tsp olive oil in the air fryer.
