    Pointing to be bridesmaid!

    Hi everyone, I'm not new, just starting again. I've been doing weight watchers on and off since January 2013 but this time I'm more determined than ever! I've been sticking to it properly the last couple of weeks and have lost 5lbs. I'm 23, 5'10" and now 24st 5lbs. In October 2015 I'm going to be bridesmaid for my sister along my other sister who is a size 8/10 and I don't want to look like this stood next to them! I also have pcos and find that I lose weight relatively slowly but I'm taking it each point at a time and feel positive as I have quite a long time span. I've started diaries before but stopped when I think I'm doing something people won't agree with. So here's my honest food diary, good and bad days!

    Today I did an early at work so I always eat more earlier. I have to leave the house at 5am and I eat breakfast in the car as I don't get up early enough to eat a proper breakfast at home. But then I sort of have another breakfast at 9am on my break at work hence the big brekkie:

    I did an early at work again today so have found myself eating more. I think I probably always eat 4 meals a day though depending on what shift I do. I know I'm eating lots of bread I just find it so hard to eat a meal that isn't mainly carbs. I don't really enjoy salads and as there isn't a microwave I struggle with interesting cold lunches to take to work. I've always have a massive chocolate craving tonight but think that could be down to totm!

    Today was good I finished work at 9:30 tonight with 23 points left for today. Then my bf bought me a chocolate milkshake and chow mein and chips :/ I only literally had 15 chips though and I think I've pointed fairly!
    Didn't have breakfast today as didn't start work until 12:30 so had early lunch then ate again on my lunch break at work.
