Hi everyone, I'm not new, just starting again. I've been doing weight watchers on and off since January 2013 but this time I'm more determined than ever! I've been sticking to it properly the last couple of weeks and have lost 5lbs. I'm 23, 5'10" and now 24st 5lbs. In October 2015 I'm going to be bridesmaid for my sister along my other sister who is a size 8/10 and I don't want to look like this stood next to them! I also have pcos and find that I lose weight relatively slowly but I'm taking it each point at a time and feel positive as I have quite a long time span. I've started diaries before but stopped when I think I'm doing something people won't agree with. So here's my honest food diary, good and bad days!
