    After spending 2 days doing sw I've come to the conclusion that I need the freedom ww to help me get this stone off.

    I won't write my food for today but points wise...

    The weather has been awful down here today, plus the shopping getting delivered means all I've done today is eat!! Luckily I have some weeklies but they ain't gonna last long :O
