    After spending 2 days doing sw I've come to the conclusion that I need the freedom ww to help me get this stone off.

    Well.. day 1 was much easier than I thought, the only chocolate that passed my lips was my hot chocolate last night :-)

    It's my birthday in 3 weeks, I'd like to lose 6lbs by then but I'll be happy with any loss, as long as I feel comfortable in myself.. that's all that matters.

    I weighed myself at a friends yesterday and I was 9st 12 :-(
    Considering a few months ago I was 8st 8.. I've really piled it on and none of my clothes fit anymore. (Really need to buy my own scales lol)

    Hi Lisa - subbing :-) I want to lose another stone in the next 11 weeks or so. I wish I was 9. 12 lol! For my frame / height that is a very slim size ten. The lowest I've been in my adult life that I can remember was 9.11. I'm 11.1 just now. I've list one stone nine so far. Huge congrats on the 5 lb loss - that's a fab start and large chunk of your stone gone already !!
