Well a 10st (eeeekkk!) human!

I weigh 19st 5lbs. I'm not going to lie about how I don't know how I've got here, because I do. Too many takeaways, chocolate, white bread and general greediness and laziness!

My weight has yo-yo'd for the past 5 years between 13st and where I am today. Enough is enough.

Some people say they get that moment when they suddenly realise that they have to change - well I had mine this weekend. If that isn't enough to give me a boot up the backside then I don't know what is.

I went along to a class and joined this evening - Mondays will be my weigh in day :)

I start tomorrow - Wish me luck!

Good luck!!! I joined online on Sunday and started yesterday.
Have you done ww before? This is completely new to me but enjoying it so far :)
 
So almost completed my 2nd day - I've tried to have 3 big meals but was so hungry between breakfast and tea!

Breakfast -11pp
2 WW bread
2 Eggs
150g Baked beans
Tomatoes
Mushrooms

Lunch - 9pp
Chicken casserole ready meal
Aunt bessies carrot and swede mash
Cauliflower
Brocolli

Dinner - 13pp
2 Burger patties
200g new pots

3tbs Light mayo

Malteser drink

Hi I do like ww I have 5 stone to lose altogether and hope to do so by next June , this site is fab and I find the meetings help so good luck
