    My ProPoint Diary - How to loose a human in 2 years

    Well a 10st (eeeekkk!) human!

    I weigh 19st 5lbs. I'm not going to lie about how I don't know how I've got here, because I do. Too many takeaways, chocolate, white bread and general greediness and laziness!

    My weight has yo-yo'd for the past 5 years between 13st and where I am today. Enough is enough.

    Some people say they get that moment when they suddenly realise that they have to change - well I had mine this weekend. If that isn't enough to give me a boot up the backside then I don't know what is.

    I went along to a class and joined this evening - Mondays will be my weigh in day

    I start tomorrow - Wish me luck!

    Just to say good luck! Iv lost just 2lb short of 2stone since the beginning if January, it's very do able 😃

    So almost completed my 2nd day - I've tried to have 3 big meals but was so hungry between breakfast and tea!
