Its been nearly a year since i re-joined WW to lose weight for IVF treatment, i did start a diary but fell off the wagon after my last cycle failed - long story short i had an early miscarriage and became v v depressed :( I had lost over 1 stone and have put back half of that back on. We are not starting next cycle until August but i want to lose as much as i can before to give us a good start and also just to try and feel like myself again.

Im doing PP's and have 26 a day as well as 49 weeklys, today have been quite naughty and went out to tea room with DF - using weeklys and going to start properly tomorrow - weigh in day is Saturday.

Start weight 10st 3lbs

Didn't get chance to update diary yesterday-went out for day and then helped dad with job application. Today we are off to gym then out for lunch and off to pictures-love having random days off :)

Proud of myself today-had really sh1tty day at work and felt like stuffing face with chocolate and rubbish but didn't :) Walked into town again as well so few more AP's-hoping it show on sat at WI.

Got really bad head-been rushing around today so not had much to eat or drink, can't be @rsed to cook tea either so having takeaway-it'll be Lebanese though so sort of healthy. Really feel like have put on this week-stomachs bloated and clothes really tight :(

Well after being gutted at WI decided to go to tea room down the coast and eat cake!!!! I stayed within points though and earned 8 AP's during day so wasn't too bad

Hi MrsLmc-I'm totally confused too! I find if I eat my weeklies and APs I normally put on more so just leave them :( At our ivf review the consultant said it can take upto 3 cycles for body to get back to normal (inc metabolism) so hoping it's just that, when I did ww last year was having cake and coffee every week and still lost weight so just don't get it :( x

I find if I eat all dailies (29) plus all weeklies I lose, but if I eat AP I don't , so I leave them too.

the fruits that i have to avoid as they really effect my ibs are pineapple and bananas!! all the rest seem to be fine

Yeah bananas are a no go for me too-I end up with a furry tongue of eat them too :(

Didn't have any fruit yesterday and stomach is a lot less bloated today!

Well yesterday didn't go to plan-ended up having picnic in the park-made sure I took my own salad.

Found out that I've been under pointing my lactose free cheese-massively!!! The points value given by app is for soft cheese-the hard cheese is double the amount!!!
