I have joined again on Saturday for the millionth time.

I am doin a mix of WW & Slimfast at the minute which I agree is not for everyone but it is what I am trying at the minute.

I am having a shake in the morning with raisins.

Shake at lunch with some nuts & snacking on grapes throughout the day.

Then having a meal at dinner time so we shall see how we go on Saturday when I WI.

I always try to lose too much too quick & get disappointed when I cant keep it up so this time I am going to be happy with 4lbs loss each month.

I have 78lbs in total to lose so this is going to be a long journey but each day on plan will get me closer to goal weight.

Starting weight - 15st 13lbs
Goal weight - 10st 7lbs
Be there by - November 2015

Going ok this week until last night when I had a KFC - On the plus side tho I didnt finish it all, binned it when I felt full which is a big thing for me. Usually I would have just kept eating till there was nothing left.

Yesterday & today have been spot on.

WI tomorrow so looking forward to seeing what I have lost.

Lost 5lbs this week soooooooooooooo happy!

Having a wee off day today then straight back on it tomorrow.

Gonna try to stay away from dairy this week cos I am sure I am slightly allergic to it.

Hopefully that will get rid of some of the bloating.

Been such a wee fat pig today.

Looking forward to getting back on plan tomorrow.

Really tired tonight so think I will be heading to bed soon.

I am working tomorrow at 9am anyway so no more rock n roll Saturday nights for me!!

Had my first shake this morning & instead of mil I had alpro soya hazelnut milk.

Was a wee bit worried cos I thought it would be horrid but it was sooooooooooooooo nice.

I mixed slimfast chocolate & banana with it - mmmmmmmmmmm

Looking forward to my lunch shake already.

Got my snacks in with me, raisins & nuts.

Drinks will be the usual black coffee & water.

Hey MrsLms - there are 6 in a shake.

I had a curry last night - aaaaaaaaaaaaaaarggggh!!!

Its so hard to change those bad habits isnt it.

Well at least the whole day yesterday wasnt bad as I had my shakes for brekkie & lunch.

Today is going well.

Not even had the urge to eat anything bad.

Just having some nuts & a coffee.

Bought grapes & never ate any so will just bung them in the fridge in work for tomorrow.

Defo before I have gone off the rails for a whole week after just one bad meal.

Thank youuuuuuuuuuu.

Just trying to sort myself out after having 2 bad bays this week.

Had a good day yesterday & managed my meal last night with no carbs so pleased with myself.

Hope I can manage even a wee lb loss this week.

Yeah it is so hard, before if I had a bad meal I ended up off plan for the whole week sometimes.

Fingers crossed for my WI anyway xxx
