Hey everyone I'm Ness I've been on and off minimins for a few years now switching between SW and WW losing the weight then piling it back on (sigh) but enough of yo-yoing I want to be healthy and happy and be able to run around after my 2 Beautiful children.
I'm feeling determined and hoping Atleast some of you will follow me on my journey, expect lots of photos of food and to share help and advice and friendship.

So I'm sticking to what I know best and what I love the WW PROPOINTS plan.

Weighed in this morning at 22 stone 4LB eek but it will be the last time in my life that I see that number!!!

If I've calculated right by the calories it's 8PP for a 1.5L bottle!! That will be me rushing off to the shop to get the sugar free version instead!!

Your meals look lovely. I've just recently tried Warburtons thins and was surprised by how tasty they were. I thought they'd taste like cardboard :) .

Good luck on your journey. I'm an old school weight watcher so have no idea what filling and healthy is all about so just sticking to what I know!!
Nice to find someone else who's doing it alone at home too. I will pop over to your diary now x
