I have joined weight watchers online today...
I have tried many diets in the past including weight watchers (meetings), slimming world, 5:2 etc but nothing seems to work.
I really need to do this as the weeks go on, I am just gaining and gaining.
I have 95 pound to lose.
My weigh in will be a Monday.
If anyone has any tips or advice, it will be very much appreciated :) x
