Hi, As you can see from the title, ive now got to the point where Im so fed up with "I'll start again tomorrow" and jumping from ww to sw and back.I lost 8st with the old points system but ive been ill and I've gained a stone.Im going to give propoints a go (in all i have 5st to lose) and thought a food diary would keep me focused :-)
