WW Pro Points to lose the flab
Hiya, Im a 23yr old mummy to two boys, Leo whos 3yrs and Jamie whos 1.5yrs old. Iv turned to ww as it seems to me to be the best way to lose this weight. I need to have the control of weighing things and counting but calorie counting stresses me out and points just seem nicer lol
Today is day 1 and I weighed in at a starting weight of 12st 7lbs which is horrible to me. My happy weight is 9-10st and I need to get back there. Im having 29pp a day and have my 47pp weekly and I am going to exercise. I just did a 60min walking dvd and have also walked about 1-2 hours today outside. I counted the dvd as 3 points and had a treat afterwards!
I dont usually get hungry til 10-11am so breakfast is always late!
