So a little bit about me....
I am 34 and have been dieting since I was about 22ish. I always thought I was fat until recently I was looking through some old photos and I realise I was probably a little bit too skinny. Then I met my OH, dated for a bit then I moved away from home to be with him. We got comfy with each other and the weight piled on. I lost about 2st for brothers wedding on WW but again it all crept on. Then my BF and my OHs brother were getting married so this time I managed to lose 3st with WW getting me to 10.2 which is the lowest I have even managed to get back to. Again it all crept back on to just shy 14st = heaviest.
This time I tried SW which I really like and it seemed to agree with me and I managed to lose about 2st but same old story weight back on and since then I have tried SW/WW/MFP and have managed to only lost 8lbs this year and I have been trying since January.
I am going on holiday in about 5wks and I was hoping to have lost a lot more. My problem is my OH works away and apart from work I hardly see anyone. I go to Jog Scotland on Mondays and Wednesdays which gets me out for an hour but apart from that.... So I eat as no one sees how much crap passes my lips but they obviously see how it is affecting my weight!!
So that is pretty much the jist of it and I am hoping that I can get somewhere in 5wks and maybe shift another half stone.
Please read through my diary and give me any pointers/tips or tell me where I am going wrong.
